Instruction from other driver on how to get here are accurate. If you have an afternoon appointment just call right at your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, They’ll have you calling back every half hour until they’re actually ready to check you in. Onsite parking available while you wait. Just called at arrived at 12:30pm for a 1400 appt and was asked to call back at 13:30. No problem. I called back at 13:30 like they asked and they said to call back at 1400 because the dock is closed. Hang up and driver next to me gets a call to proceed to the dock for loading. ?

Directions: 301 turn on W Bridges St. Cross the RxR tracks pass Pearsall st to next block & turn left on Gainor Ave. Follow straight to shipping docks at the top of the street. No trucks on Pearsall street. Phone number on the door. Call to check in. You will need you DOT number. Fast & East. Everyone is very nice. Only 4 star cause , If you have a 7am appointment. They don't answer the phone till 7:10am. Had all the drivers waiting on the parking lot. I wouldn't arrive too early no where to park if the gate is locked.

I have to give them 5 stars and they are a busy facility. They do work by appointment and they are pretty fast for the amount of trucks they handle. Many of the big slow shippers could learn from the way these guys get you in and out. It looked like I was going to be there half the day but I was wrong. Just check in and do a u turn and back to the end of the parking lot by the dumpsters.
