I went to wash my car last week and the left automatic wash was broken, and so I waited for the second one. I paid for the $12 wash. I pulled in slowly when the wash was ready, but the underbody wash never came on. It told me to stop, and then pull forward, then both together. Then it told me to stop, pull forward and back up all at once before going black. I tried to speak with the person that was fixing the other wash, and he was very aggressive. He tried to tell me that it was because I "didn't do it right" and it was because "you backed out" (after sitting for a while with nothing happening). He very reluctantly let me have another wash. It still didn't work. Unfortunately, I left with a dirty car, a bad taste in my mouth, and with 12 dollars less than I had.

I just paid for a ceramic wash and then it was "out of service" before I could enter the wash. The complaint cards were soggy so much that you can't even write legibly on them. No phone number or email for complaints or issues. UPDATED: Thank you for the quick response! Update#2: I received a voucher and the owner was very responsive and nice. Update#3 Ceramic carwash is great. Water still beads up after several rain storms

Used my CC and the price was very reasonable. A lot of great selections on the DIY side. 2 stalls for drive-through wash, I didn't try it but it was very popular.

False advertising on the price of the car wash. The basic car wash is advertise at 8 dollars. My card gets charged 10. The wash wasn’t even work 8. I suggest every go to the 5 star car wash in Boone. Hell of a lot better and they work with you

I scanned my debit card and by the time everything was taken out of my bank account it had totalled $18 mind you I never did anything but spray off the salt I was only there a total of 8mins. I thought maybe since I didn't use all the time it would have been credited back to my account nope not at all. The day I was actually there it charged me $10. $5 was just to scan my card and the other to just spray then the next day it charged me $8 more an I wasn't anywhere near the place
