This is a great budget motel for exploring Ashville over a weekend. The ease of check-in and staff were great, the rooms were meh. I like the idea of having a full window wall but not in a first floor where anyone could look in. Beds were decent but walls are thin so I woke up to people getting back at around 2am in the next room. Other than that, the bed and bathroom were good for the price and the breakfast was alright

I really liked the hotel, the service was excellent, we were at night trying to light the fire pit and the guy from the check-in lobby saw us and immediately offered us help, he was very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I really liked that the bathrooms have a shampoo dispenser, conditioner!!I really recommend this place, the price was acceptable.

While this is close to down town and it is titled "boutique" it is still very much motel quality. The bed was extremely uncomfortable - you could feel the springs. There was no available wifi. Lastly, the pillows were so small and uncomfortable. Only go here if you are desperate.

Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway.Neighborhood is mostly business. Someone has worked hard beautifying what was probably a Motel in a previous life.Rooms: No coffee maker in the room.

In my opinion, this place should not be called a boutique motel. It looks like the last renovation was the bathroom sink. The ceilings in bathroom, closet, and entrance were patchy and stained. The door frame in the bathroom was rotted. The firepit wasn't working. The comforter was dirty. It was conviniently located. Not worth it.Walkability: Several restaurants and grocery store close by.

Dirty room, louzy service - nothing else but reasonable price for Ashville.Got a room with filthy sheets and some other stuff that showed that the room was not prepared at a minimum standart.Hotel manager was unpolite - did not take responsabilty and did not offer any compensation.

It is 1:30am and we are literally sitting in the parking lot unable to get ahold of anyone associated with this motel after calling all available numbers we could find after working 12 hours then driving 6 hours into town. Site states reception would be open 24 hours wed-sun as well as that the front desk would be open 7:00am - 4:30am wed-sun.We had to book a room at a different hotel after driving around at 1:30am in a panic having given up on trying to find someone who could let us access the room we were expecting. The room was reserved and paid for well in advance. Would not even -consider- making arrangements to stay here again. 0/10 do not recommend.Noteworthy details: Unreliable. Find a better hotel.

GUEST BEWARE! No seriously I have never been so bamboozled. We booked this place based off of the gorgeous online photos, which were a lie. Sure, at first glance this place looks great, but any longer shows you the truth. This was just a shoddy old motel that was barely upgraded. Ever heard of a landlord special? They tried them all here. Nasty bathroom. Definitely a low on our vacation. Only good thing was the front desk staff.

I enjoyed sitting outside at the courtyard observing the beautiful landscaping on the hotel grounds. It was nice to enjoy a mountain view as well. I liked the hot chocolate packs in the reception area. My room was clean. One of the beds was a little shaky though May be .u fault though for being 200lbs. I enjoyed my stay and may be back. The property was quiet. Close walk to grocery store panda express and olive garden.

Room 223 has had multiple, poorly done repairs to the ceiling. There were black and green spots on the ceiling in the bathroom which I can only assume are mold and it just looked really bad. The rest of the room was honestly fine. The balcony was nice and the courtyard allowed us to chat with other guests while we were there. We were only a few minutes away from many restaurants and breweries. There is a grocery store across the street and overall the location seemed pretty nice. There is an adult store right next door so you may not want to stay here if you are sensitive to that kind of thing. We left some property behind that they were supposed to return but have failed to do so in the 4 weeks since we stayed there.

Highly recommend The Beaucatcher! The rooms are average for a motel in this price range. But the motel is in a great location for those visiting Asheville. Also, it is super cute! Greg was awesome and made our stay a breeze! This was our 2nd time staying here and we were very pleased with the experience.

They did not finish cleaning our room and were indifferent: I am in the habit of staying at places where I can get a decent deal and am willing to sacrifice certain things because of it. It can be hard at discount motels/hotels to know which reviews to take seriously because there can be such a large range of good and bad reviews. However, in this instance, my experience correlated with the bad reviews. We arrived and unloaded our stuff (we had quite a lot). Once we examined the room we found that they had not finished cleaning it out from the last inhabitants. There was pee in the toilet, trash in the garbage can, dirt and grime in the sink, and no towels of any kind or hand soap. When we went to the front desk, they were indifferent and unapologetic and said there was nothing they could do about the cleanliness because the cleaners had left for the day.We should have demanded a new room but we were exhausted and our baby needed a nap ASAP.STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This is definitely not a boutique hotel. Pictures are deceiving. The room was comfortable but service was sub par. No one was ever at desk. It advertises a lounge and bar area but the bar is a little window in the breakfast room that was not even open. The breakfast was horrible. Moldy hard bagels and omelets and pancakes in ziplock bags in a cooler. There was literally blue mold on the bagel and it was not blueberries. We booked this because it says bar lounge, breakfast and boutique hotel. Definitely not. Only good thing is location.Food & drinks: Moldy expired breakfast and no bar lounge as advertised.

They were so considerate over our 2 week stay! I lost my keycard 27 times and they never complained about replacing it.The staff here is amazing and beautiful inside and out!If you're ready to experience Asheville at its finest instead of its grimeist, then stay at the Beaucatcher Inn cause you'll definitely grin!Rooms: AMAZING!Nearby activities: Hiking and hitin the bars!Safety: I felt so secure with my own personal body guard here
