We bought a car from here in 2015. It was a good car. Drove it until July 2023. Took it back for a trade in 2023. Got a 2012 Toyota Prius. Drove it to work from sylva to cashiers, on the 7th day on our way to work the engine blew up. Cost 150.00 to get it towed home. We paid 2000.00 down plus got 500.00 trade in for the 2015 Nissan. We missed 4 days of work. They said they would get us in another car. They came got the Prius and us. Went back to Asheville. But we didn't get another car. Instead they took us to s.c. auto auction gave us are old car back. Kept our 2000.00 down payment. We just sold the 2015 Nissan for junk. Now we have no transportation. We will never do business with Skyline ever again. I suggest if you are thinking about a vehicle from there I would think again.

Great customer service and the pricing is good to great on everything. But what I loved the most is how upfront about the car they were told me everything wrong and right and it’s hard to find that with some car lots.

Vince from the dealership is awesome was able to get me a loan on the vehicle I wasinterested. Never dreamed I would find financing for an older vehicle and thought I'd have to pay cash for the h2. Not at this dealership I feel like he wanted my business and seems to be a great financing wizard!!!!

Our family won’t buy from anywhere else. We’ve gotten multiple vehicles from skyline over the years and they always make sure they’re in good condition. Will be a customer here for life. We always recommend them to anyone we know needing a car

I original had a great review, but after the nightmare I went through I revoke it. SUV driven less than two weeks, had warranty for repairs. Suv dies on me and I get towed. I had two mechanics verify this vehicle had bad, and possibly more than one bad, cad. Converters. Ended up needing an entirely new engine. These guys hung up the phone on me or rudely rushed me off the phone when I called to try to figure something out. My mom and I poured our hearts and souls into getting me this suv and we ended up not only with no running vehicle but almost $9,000 lost. These men should not be allowed to run this business, TN needs a lemon law, and they should be ashamed. Can’t have a worse opinion than I already do.
