Amazing Gym, amazing staff, but… upon getting dressed in the men’s locker room I discovered bed bugs crawling on the wall. I notified a staff member & it was confirmed just hoping it gets taken care of soon because I love this location

So far, this club here in Asheville NC is exceptionally excellent. Felt like I was around family. Club is clean and I didn’t run across any rude people. Staff was ready to serve the customers upon entrance. Thank you people and staff of Asheville North Carolina.

The people that work there are pretty nice except one night I called Planet Fitness to inquire about the hours and a group sale and the girl basically blew me off and when I called back again to try to get some answers, she just let the phone ring and ring and ring And I called two more times and she did not pick up the phone. I called and reported it to a manager the next day.
The bathrooms are continuously filthy in the ladies room. Especially the toilets. Poop on them almost daily. Please clean the place consistently. Seriously it’s gross and unsanitary.
