This was my third time to Illusions and it was just as great as my other visits. Fredia and staff are always friendly, kind and welcoming. I had an amazing facial, massage and pedicure this time and look forward to coming back. I highly recommend Illusions!

My best friend and I had a massage this morning as a birthday gift for her. I'll tell you right now, any time I need a massage I will absolutely be coming here. Frieda is sooo nice when setting up appointments, and Josh and Megan have magic hands. They are so sweet and kind and aren't cocky about their abilities. They are so gentle and really listen to your needs. Also, it's the most affordable place in town, especially for couples massages. 10/10 recommend.

The people that perform the services are nice.the owner had us rush thru everything and I had tipped people in cash and paid on card.. the owner is sketchy and said she adding additional charges for tips and whatever on my card and services not used. I had to cancel my card to make sure they don’t try to run my card more.. there was additional issues on this trip and owner was not very nice.. in that interaction alone I do not recommend this place it has a scammer vibe.. I am definitely finding somewhere else.. not worth the visit unless you want to over pay and not get full or adequate services

My mom wanted to treat my husband, sister, and I to a nice massage and facial. I came across Illusions Day Spa on google and was excited when I saw the packages they provided. We came in for our appointments and immediately we were rushed by the owner to fill out paperwork even though we had arrived 15 minutes early as stated when scheduling. The owner kept repeating how the masseuse and esthetician were waiting on us and need to finish in time for their next clients. I could understand if we were late but we had arrived early. I tried to just enjoy our time and forget how we were being treated by the owner. The masseuse and esthetician were very kind and provided wonderful services to each of us. My mom tipped each of them for their services in cash. My sister wasn't able to follow through with her massage due to her new piercing and it causing discomfort while lying on her stomach. Her masseuse stated that we could have our price adjusted since she didn't receive the service and to just make the owner aware. When we went to check out with the owner my mom relayed the information regarding my sister deciding not to receive the massage due to her discomfort and that she was told by her masseuse they would adjust the price. The owner stated that it was not possible to adjust the price because it still took away from the masseuse's time. My mom asked if it would be possible to change it to a credit for me since I live here and my mother and sister were just visiting from California. The owner was not willing to work with us and said that it was not possible. The owner also said that each of the service workers need an 18% tip. My mother informed the owner that she had given tips in cash already to each worker. The owner said that since it wasn't documented she needs her to still provide the tips through her card for documentation. Nothing was said to us about not accepting cash tips. My mom ended up paying way more than she should've because she had to pay double the tips. I will not be recommending this Spa to any friends or family and will be warning everyone I know about this. What we were hoping was going to be a nice relaxing spa day turned out stressful and frustrating. I appreciate all the service workers and their kindness to us. Just unfortunately the owner ruined the experience due to greediness.

Hesitant when we arrived because it is a business in a house. Environment is more cozy/home ish and not "professional". The facial was good and no complaints about the girl who did it. Owner is the only thing that ruined the trip. Was going in for a massage and facial, finished the facial, but when it was time for the massage I changed my mind due to discomfort, didnt even start the massage whatsoever. The woman that was going to do the massage was very nice and understanding and said the price would be adjusted since I didn't do it. Went to pay and the I mentioned how I didn't do the massage, and how the woman said the price will be altered. Owner says "Well I'm the owner and she didn't say that." When she did indeed say it. Ended up having to pay around $100 for a service I didn't even get.
Also honestly just not worth the money.

Very disappointed. We booked massages to celebrate my wife's milestone birthday, calling on a weekend and speaking with one of their employees. Several weeks later, on the day of our scheduled massage, I called to reconfirm and was told by the owner that she had no record of the reservation and that no one would be available. She apologized, but offered nothing more. I called back and told her the exact date and time I'd called to make the reservation, and she told me that I must have spoken with her employee, it wasn't her. Again, a dismissive apology and no attempt to rectify the situation.
This spa came recommended by a representative of the Grove Park spa when they were unable to accommodate our request. We will not try again with Illusions, after this mishandled reservation and no attempt at customer recovery.

Average all the way around. Not the relaxing experience I had hoped. I even had to ask for water and it could have been a cleaner environment. Facial was nice. Overall Disappointing....

I am a local, and have recieved numerous faciels in many places, and Angeline is hands down THE BEST.She recommends face care for you, but is not pushy.Her head, neck, and face massage is better then any massage therapist I have been to, and my face is luminous when I leave her.I wish I could afford for her to be my personal facielist, lol.Thank you for alwaystreating me like a Queen, Angeline.Until next time!

Brought a large group to the spa and Frieda was so helpful in working all of us in, extremely accommodating. Everyone was professional and kind. Great services all around!

Frieda, the owner, is a delight! Very relaxing and professional atmosphere. Josh did my massage and I highly recommend him for any massage needs!! Will definitely be back.
