On any given day, half the pumps aren't working but aren't bagged – so you have to drive around finding one that works. Just went at noon on a Sunday, and the convenience store door was locked – not very convenient at all.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Enmarket gas station tonight and was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by the associate working the register - a kind-hearted gentleman with a long beard. His politeness and genuine willingness to help left me speechless! He took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of the rewards card and even assisted me in signing up, which saved me $4 on my order. His initiative and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
This experience has not only earned Enmarket a loyal customer but has also convinced me to ditch my fuel points from other stores. I wish I had caught his name, as he undoubtedly deserves recognition for his outstanding service. If you're looking for a hassle-free and welcoming experience, look no further than Enmarket and ask for the bearded gentleman at the register - he's a true asset to the team!

KARL At this location Is the hardest worker I know not only does he have a great personality he goes above and beyond for customers! This company is lucky to have him as a worker! when I was pumping my gas my puppy Carla managed to get loose jumping out of the window and he went out of his way to help me Get her out of an unsafe situation! thanks Karl!

Just showed up to purchase fuel and snacks. As I approached the store an employee and a non employee, I guess the employees pal locked the door and laughed with their friend walking of not saying a word to me. I then realized the employee had placed a closed sign on the door and locked it.
Bottom line, they locked the door right in front of me, laughed, then went and took a 30 minute smoke break, then returned and open back up the store. All while losing multiple customers. This location is going down hill. I'll just go to the exonn or ingles gas down the road moving forward. This chain of stores seems to have horrible employees at all Asheville area locations.

There is a guy who works nights. I forget his name. However, he’s so friendly and it makes my day. Overall the staff is pretty friendly.

Horrible employees!! I saw one of their employees, the she/he with the nasty unkept dreads who looks like she smokes crack or something picking her nose behind the register and then eat the booger on her finger and then without even washing her hands first proceeded to serve the customer who had just walked in and grabbed their cigs and handled their change. ZERO customer service skills - refused to give me the managers contact info, rude as ever . I will not give my business to this store ever again! Manager should re evaluate his employees before she/he runs them all off with her unsanitary hygiene and rudeness.

You'll see em everyday but they'll act like they've never seen you before. Everyone working there is miserable, all the other tunnel road stations have the old enmarket employees, and they're always expressing gratitude for having leftPump 5 will give you free gas, you can swipe any card. Thanks Enmarket!

Gas was not the price indicated on the sign (or rather it was, but the signage is confusing). Don't plan to buy gas here again.

The staff has always been kind when I've been here. But they are supposed to be and advertise as 24 hour when they are not. Just don't say open all the time if you're not.

I seen some (Hannah) hitting some short of pipe in the parking lot then told me their closed for the night when you guys say it's 24 hours :(
