In today’s medicine, I feel like there are so many doctors that do not take the time to listen and understand their patients. I feel that my practitioners here actually take the time to listen and help me. I have been a patient here for years and now, so is the rest of my family. Thank you for making me feel heard and attended to.

I've been a patient for almost 10 years and I am looking for a new practice. Service has been going downhill.

I was so disappointed in my care. I called to request a simple refill of antibiotic for a UTI and told I had to come in to be seen before that could be done. After missing work to come into the office for this appointment they refused to call in the antibiotic. Charged me over $200. My co-worker was able to call into a virtual health visit through our insurance and was given an antibiotic after a two minute conversation for the exact same ailment and a charge of on $54. I would recommend everyone going through their insurance virtual health first before being price gouged through this office. Seems the level of care has drastically gone down since I was referred to go here.

Don’t tell the np if anything else is going on with you during your annual physical. They ask you the question, but if you answer, you will get a bill for an office visit of $150. Been going there for 5 years and I have yet to be seen by the Doctor. They will tell you it’s the insurance company. Even applies if you ask for an rx maintenance prescription.

This office has been my primary care provider for more than 15 years. It never fails that there is always an issue. Whether it’s getting prescriptions refilled or trying to call in for a virtual appointment. You can be seen at almost any doctors office these days, virtually. I called in at 1:30 to request medication for a UTI as I am out of town on a work trip. They told me without a urine culture, they could not prescribe me medication. I immediately contacted the nearest urgent care who asked my symptoms and they called in the antibiotics within ten minutes of me calling. This office is only interested in getting patients in the door to collect their money. They add more prescriptions to cover up issues instead of finding the underlying problem. They are negligent and unprofessional. I will NOT be returning to this office again.

We have been seeing Dr. Anderson for over 20 years. I have 7 family members that sees him also. Dr. Anderson is very caring and professional at all times. His staff are always friendly and try to accommodate all your needs. He is the only doctor in his practice but he has several PA's if he is booked up for you to see. Sometimes the wait might be a little long but it is worth it. Dr. Anderson will take his time and answer all your questions and concerns. I know if I'm having to wait its OK because when he is with his patients he does not rush you in and rush you out. Highly recommend this practice.

Make sure to ask your doctor what their differential diagnosis is and why they came to that conclusion. In my personal experience the doctors here try to go with a laziest option that has them do the least work, but charge you for a full visit.

I waited three days to get in, they don't take Medicare. I told them no problem I'd pay cash. And that a PA was fine I just needed some antibiotics for an on going infection. Waited 30 minutes then was informed they can't take cash from a Medicare patient ) they'd already charged my card ). Perhaps I should have been told before waiting three days? The second nurse ( or whatever she was ) was not helpful nor particularly nice. Just. You need to find an urgent care. Somewhere. When my husband went in and noted that this is actually discrimination against anyone over 65 required to have Medicare , suddenly it was "we take Medicare plus " ( which I have ) but are at their max in patients. No idea if the doctors are as misinformed as their front office. But if so, I would avoid this office. Am I grouchy ? Yes. I hurt I'm in pain. I guess I'm old enough to remember when people cared. These people do not

I had been going to this place for a while and I regret every single minute of it. The only nice person is the new doctor and a couple select nurses. However the worst is whoever works the front desk with curly hair. Christie I think? Always so so bitter no matter what time of day, in person or on the phone. If it weren’t for her I might have stayed and been able to handle the slight attitude of some nurses but this sad bitter woman just ruins the entire mood and really makes you feel unwelcome as soon as you call or step foot in there. Not to mention the insane waiting times.
