My HCP sent my prescription electronically to this Walgreens around 2 or 2:30I go on the app and upload my new insurance card. In the app it prompted me to uploadAfter I upload the status changed to sorry it’s taking so long..Then on the app, it does nothing other than showing me without insurance cost.No updates for hoursI call and was advised that they needed my insurance card information. I said that they should have it cause it was uploadedShe tells me they don’t get that informationI asked why have an app thenYou don’t look at customer data input and you do t bother to notify me with a call or a text or anythingThe app was not updated and I waited for 6 hours with a ear infection that is throbbingWhat was my prescription doing? Siting there. Untouched in an electronic med system computer thingTHREE minutes later I get a notification update in the app that indicates it is readyShe enrolled me and suddenly out of nowhere I start. I START getting textsI could have already had a dose in meNow instead at 8:30 at night I am taking my sick self to this placeFor the very last time. Customers are last here.

I placed an order on Saturday 10/7 and was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. I visited the store 3 hours later, and not only was the prescription not ready, they had no record of the order whatsoever and were now out of my medication dosage. When i asked what other dosages they had so i could get my prescription rewritten by my NP, they would not tell me.It would seem they have new employees that are much worse at their jobs than the previous employees

Appointments for vaccines are not honored. Still have to wait forever and they just called people back that I was here before. Sign in the window says prescriptions filled in 30 minutes. That's a joke.

I went to pick up my prescription at the drive thru They told me I needed prior authorizations on a medication. I kept telling the lady at the drive-thru that it was already approved. And she kept saying no, it wasn't yet. Then when I called the doctor the doctor said it's already been approved. So then when I call Walgreens because I left, they say oh no, it's not for prior authorization, they don't have it in stock. This workers never know what's going on. They give me a headache.

I have always found the pharmacy and store staff to be friendly and helpful. As with any business that has a drive thru of course the line gets backed up occasionally. That being said the pharmacy staff work as quickly as possible to take care of their customers .

Tried calling and it’s an automated answering system. Can’t get anyone on the line. Never going back to walgreens again. How are people who cant talk suppose to get any help like that? Not smart walgreens.

We’ve never had a good experience at this pharmacy here. Ever. When my in-laws relocated here from FL they moved their prescriptions to this Walgreens location. The pharmacy is a joke. The app is a joke. Scheduling vaccines online is a joke. Google should offer a negative rating because negative is the experience you’ll have here. ?

Absolutely sucks. 13 minutes left until they close and can’t fill an order for liquid antibiotics when we just left the urgent care. Staff inside at the checkout are usually pleasant, but drive through.. absolute trash attitudes and lazy.

Most inept pharmacy I've ever been to. Pharmacy meds lost, all over the place. After an hour wait in the drive thru I will be changing pharmacies.

The Walgreens on Fayetteville St. is a train wreck! I called to refill a prescription a week ago and was told that I had already had it filled earlier in the month. I thought maybe I'd forgotten that I had already filled it, but nope! So, I called back and was told it hadn't been filled, but they would fill it in the morning because they were about to close. Ok, no biggie. Whatever...the next afternoon (more than enough time for them to have filled it!) I waited in a LONG line as usual to get to the window for them to tell me it wasn't ready yet and to give them another hour or so. They would text me when it was ready. It's now the next day and I've never gotten a text, so I called and spoke with someone and they said they had run out and they had to order it and it would be in in another TWO DAYS! This is a diabetic medication that I take daily and it very important! They should know to keep it in stock based on the fact that I order it every single month. If it wasn't for Julia and Justin, I would never go to this Walgreen's again. They are the only qualified, helpful staff over there! The guy said they have lots of new staff and I get that, but you need to train them properly then bc they seriously don't know what they are doing and it's just a MESS!!!

the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They specialize in being slow. My Mother has been on the phone trying to speak with them and they wont answer the phone.

High prices on just about everything in the store. Two medications have been filled wrong and received completely different medications than prescribed. Very dangerous if hadn't notice the wrong medications were in the bag.

They really don't deserve the star they wouldn't fill my grandsons med we pickedvit one wk later than the date on the bottle I said we didn't know it was ready he said it don't matter I said of course it dont If I wasn't trying to be Christian and do the right thing I would've cussed that fellow up one side and down another I didn't care for that pharmacist

Been waiting in line on my prescription for 30 minutes and counting. The cashier is slower than Christmas, and looks like the are unhappy with helping customers. I will not come back here. Waiting this long for something that should be so easy just blows my mind, how are you that lazy of person unmotivated when you're evening PAID. Awful experience.

Went to receive COVID boosters that we had confirmed appointments for. We were told that they didn’t have vaccines when arrived. A courtesy call telling us they didn’t receive their vaccines would have been nice before we traveled 30 minutes.
