Watch for scams! They don’t tell the truth about their promotions either because they don’t want to or they don’t really understand their promotions. It’s happened to me several times with the latest being talking me into an upgrade on my phone and not telling me that the new phone would require a 25% increase in my monthly service fee. On another occasion, they convinced me to call Verizon and cancel a line, then go through the store to add a line and get a great deal on a phone. It was their idea to try to scam their own company . I ended up paying full price for this phone.

My family went to get my mom a phone and me a new phone. Teresa helped us and was wonderful! The whole staff was also very friendly while speaking to us and helped us!

My husband and I made an appointment, at the Asheboro location, to resolve issues with a number transfer. We were helped by Theresa. She was very helpful and had patience of a Saint. She was able to resolve our issues. Took a long time, however this was a corporate issue. During this time she was calm and professional and this helped us stay calm. I would give her ten stars if I could.

I went into the store having a problem with my phone not wanting to charge and the young ladys in there told me the port might need to be clean and sure enough it did. The nice young black lady with the beautiful hair cleaned it out for me. It took her about 15 minutes bc the port was packed with dirt and debrie. The other young white lady fixed my screen protector. They were both very professional the only thing was they didn't give me a card so I could put there names in this review. Thanks again for the help. I would definitely recommend this store

The staff at this location have become very rude and disrespectful. I've been with verizion for 9 years and never had this problem with staff until now. From here on out I will be doing my business online with the app so that the sales staff do not earn commissions from me. The staff had also told me last week they couldn't do anything about the issue I was having. I called the customer service number and they was actually able to help me.

Went in to get a phone fixed on daughter's account. A sales rep convinced me instead of paying the small insurance deductible to fix the phone, we qualified for a free phone. Somehow the free phone ended up costing over $80 in fees, they changed my original plan without asking, raising my monthly bill by over $50, cancelled the free Hulu and Disney I originally had adding more monthly costs to me, and find out there are other new fees for cloud services and stuff I never agreed to. I did not want to go back to this store, so I called Verison support. Was told there was nothing they can do, I have to go back to the store and waste more of my time. I hate this company and am canceling my family plan and moving to any cell carrier that is not Verizon. Beware of this shady company. It is almost comical how horrible this experience has been.
