This was a good bank when it was ccb. Now its horrible. They don't return phone calls. They totally screw my checking account up regularly. Over 25 years I have been a customer. Thats about to change. Unless they fire some of these incompetent people they put in management positions. Totally unqualified. No wonder clerical jobs are sent to mud hut countries.

Very disappointed with the Asheboro, NC branch . It’s seems like after about 10 am they turn the ringer off of the phones and only allow walk ins because they NEVER, EVER!!!! Answer the phone, and it’s been this way for YEARS! I have never in my life had such a hard time contacting a place of business like I have Suntrust in Asheboro. The reps are usually very friendly and get the job done when you are actually able to contact one of them but their customer service via phone call at the branch sucks! If you leave voicemails, your call won’t be returned. And maybe, just maybe after trying about 1,000 times a manager will call you back with SOME hopes of resolving any issues. If I could rate this place using my thumbs, I’d definitely give this business a two thumbs DOWN. I have been to different branches over the state, but Asheboro IS. THE. WORST.
