Was good for several years but now not so good- got replacement phone that is cheaper and runs slow and glitchy- never had that problem with old phone.Time for a different carrier since no one could help me.

The best place to be for cell service. Only problem is they should explain better when selling electronics that there is no refunds for products not working. Alot of money spent for NO REFUND

No. No way. Horrible. Service is awful. Customer service is worse. I waited 4 hours on a Saturday to get a new phone. They put the wrong screen protector on it. They lost the correct screen protector. On the third month of my service cricket disconnected my phone which i had paid for in advance. They found out after an hour of searching that my bill had been paid. They offered nothing in a way of apology for their incompetent blunder. O have an elderly mother that i call every morning at 6 am to check on. This particular morning it didn't happen until 11 am. Avoid this place folks. Its horrible.
