We couldn't have done our partial kitchen renovation without the help and great patience of Rachelle at Nova. We replaced our formica counter tops with quartz, had Nova build a bar onto an existing island and had a table top made to match the counters. Rachelle helped us choose just the right counter, gave us good feedback on the right colors to use for the counter and saw every step through to completion. Each worker was meticulous in the way they performed their job, respectful, on-time and just nice guys. Sarah was on the spot in getting everything scheduled around our deadlines, plumbers, etc. The customer service at Nova has been exceptional! We can highly recommend.

I was trying to find an inexpensive piece of trim to repair my 20 yr old cabinets in a color that has been discontinued. Rochelle took the time to search through their scrap/inventory to find just what I needed. Exceptional customer service!!!!

We were referred to Nova a couple of years ago when we were in the very early stages of our thought process for a major renovation. We met Angie who was amazing and really knew her business well. Angie held our hand through the process of designing and delivery (early on we lost our contractor and had to do the work ourselves which wound up being preferable) and we were so "covered" by Angie's knowledge and expertise and she kept us at ease. All finished now, we are thrilled with our new kitchen/great room and we cannot thank Angie enough, and her team at Nova who all were very helpful, and highly recommend that you speak to Angie and Nova if you are considering a new kitchen or bath. She is the BEST!!! Thanks Angie!

say no to Nova ! they work like pigs . they left remanence of smeared adhesive on my newly remodeled 50,000 dolor bathroom, tile floor . you are dealing with lazy people that can even make the small things right .

We purchased cabinets and countertops from Nova about 15 years ago in our 1930's house. When we noticed that a hanging cabinet was beginning to gap, we called Nova, and made contact with Adam. We were "bracing" ourselves for a run-around, but instead found Adam to be highly responsive, professional and competent. He came out within a couple of days. Because he had the tools with him, he took time to secure the sagging cabinet, and did so free-of-charge, even though it has been many years since our purchase. Our sincere gratitude to Adam and Angie and our highest regard to the professional Nova has maintained through the years! Recommended!

Recently had our kitchen renovated with Nova. Excellent work to help me design my kitchen. Love our new two-toned kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Installation went well, even though he had to work while it was pouring rain all day. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of renovating their kitchens or baths.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After talking with 2 designers and having a detailed house visit....I still do not even have a quote after 3 months. I have followed up only to be told they are busy and have people on vacation this summer. They then say they sent me the quote but can't provide any record of the email to show it was a "emailing mistake" (because this wasn't) This is nothing short of poor customer service, people falling through the cracks, and failure to follow up with customers. I'm glad we will be remodeling our kitchen with another company, after the runaround just trying to get a quote I would hate to experience actually working with them on a project. What a nightmare of a customer experience!

Rachelle Elliot was always available to answer my questions, and Sarah in the installation department made last minute changes for me to adapt to the unexpected delays inherent in remodeling. Angie at Nova helped us through the process of picking cabinets and countertops for our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar in our new construction home and she was great to work with! They go so well with our tile and flooring because she took the time to look at those at another store. We couldn't be happier with the results! Not to say there weren't some hiccups - there always are with new construction. But Angie and her team worked to respond to us and fix them quickly. Thanks so much Angie & Nova!

Had a very positive experience, from the time Angie came to my condo to advise and get measurements through delivery and installation. The only hiccup was a minor mess left after installation, but after notifying them of this, 2 staff joined on a telephone call, expressing concern to make it right, and they sent a team out right away. The Nova staff is professional, competent and very accommodating!
