“The timely delivery of supplies for my husband is very dependable. One time when he was going to run out of sensors before delivery was able to be made (because he made an error), your staff contacted his endocrinologist. They were able to arrange for him to pick up sample sensors so he would not run out. This was greatly appreciated.”

“Customer service was great everything was great except for when you told me how many packages I was getting. You guys went from giving me 11 packages down to four packages because of the cost went up that's like $40 a package that's not right I don't think. I know it's Medicaid but still the price shouldn't of went up that much.”
