We had our chimney swept when we moved into our new house. The guys were super friendly, efficient, clean, and helpful. They provided us with information on our fireplace and even provided us with a sweet little welcome gift bag! Highly recommend.

From beginning to end, the owner and staff at Environmental Chimney Service, Inc. were friendly, professional, explained the process, and communicated with us regularly. We have an older home and Chase, Noah and other members of the team had some complicated situations with our chimney that they had to navigate; they didn't give up and did a superb job! We would highly recommend them for your chimney needs!

Great experience! Good communication, super polite and friendly staff showing up at the time scheduled. They did a great job explaining their findings too! Nice to get this done in the summer so I don’t have issues scheduling when cold weather is here! So convenient! Thank you ECS! Will use again.

Chase and Noah were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They patiently listened to all of my questions and gave thorough responses and feedback. My inspection report was explained to me in clear and easy way to understand along with several repair and upgrade options along with estimated cost. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Environmental Chimney and would recommend them to others.

Brad and his team at Envrionmental Chimney are great to work with. They cleaned and inspected both of our chimneys, leaving little to no evidence their work behind! Based on their recommendations, we had them return to install a chimney cap and perform additional maintenance. We were highly pleased with their professionalism and work ethic, and will definintely use them in the future for our fireplace and chimney needs.

Brad and Austin were friendly and professional. They did a terrific job correcting a water infiltration problem with our chimney. It was an expensive repair, but the peace of mind we now have makes it worthwhile.

Environmental Chimney Sweep is my annual chimney service company and has been since I bought the property and wanted a thorough safety inspection. They also remodeling my fireplace after service and I have been extremely pleased. A full service inspect, build, maintain company with a solid back office, you will get the kind of customer service you expect and deserve. You may find cheaper services but you for the extra piece of mind —for gosh sakes we are taking fire safety here— why would you go cheap!
