I came to this location from across town because Bree gave me excellent service on the phone. After arriving, she also gave me excellent service with my hair cut. She knew I was super fussy about how it was done. I had a bad haircut before. But she took the time to give me an A+ cut. Also she did the same for my Nephew and Sister-in-Law. I was very impressed with her attitude and customer service, along with her skills. I would highly recommend going here and asking for her. I will only continue to have her cut my hair from now on. Okay, so with this review, putting it in context is important. They were busy on a Sunday and there were two people workingHOWEVER… the nonsense I experienced was extremely frustrating, hence why I’m posting this.I checked in online early at 10:46. I received a text at 1:00 saying I was next up, I show up at 1:10. I check in and wait. My name on the waitlist is next in line, with a 5m wait. Then a 2m wait. Andddddddd next thing I know, my name is off the list.The lady claimed to have called my name. But with me, not looking at my phone because I was expecting to be called up, not hearing my name called, or at the very least experiencing somebody verifying what my name was BEFORE they took my name off the list, I was confused.The lady asked me politely if I would allow the next person to get his haircut and that she’ll get me next. Me, slightly annoyed but being patient, said it was fine and I’ll wait for the next one.While she was occupied, the other lady took someone over me, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming that the First Lady I spoke with would take care of me.Alas, no. She didn’t. She came back after cutting the gentleman’s hair, and skipped over me yet again. So I left.I wasted 40 minutes sitting there doing nothing, i checked in online, I was present when I needed to be, and just got looked over because not a single person checked for my name while I was sitting there waiting. Even giving her the benefit of the doubt and saying that she did call my name, at the VERY least she could have verified who I was before removing that name.I get you are busy, but you’ve got to do better than this.

Schedule an appointment online with a 28-minute wait time. 5 minutes after confirming it, they sent a text saying my wait was now 1 hour and 45 minutes with no way to reschedule. I understand a delay of a few minutes but not one where the company wants you to rearrange your entire day to accommodate their ineptness and improper scheduling.

Came in Saturday morning (9/2) with my son around 9:20am. The location had just opened and we were greeted by Heather B sitting in a chair behind the register while her co-worker scrammed around still putting out chairs for customers. We told her we checked in and she said ok. Moments later she printed out the ticket for my son but did not take it with her. Once he was in her chair she asked- what are we doing? I told her it's the same thing we do all the time and the stylists usually work off the tickets directions. She sighed and walked back up to the front and retrieved the ticket. She began to cut his hair and in less than five minutes she was done! The fastest haircut he has ever received, she then tried to usher him over to me but I said- he would like the MVP treatment. Again, she sighed and walked him to the back. My son told me that not only did she soak his shirt in the back, she could not figure out how to place the hot towel on his face without it falling off so she just gave up. She placed him in the chair and lazily ran the massager around his back for 15 seconds. Once I got him outside I could see how wet his shirt was and saw all the hair all over his neck and face. Usually we get the hair wash to remove any excess hair. But not this visit.Heather B also asked me how old my child was for the kids price on the haircut. I told her 11 but she still charged me for the full price for some reason. She lazily told us bye and our worst experience at this location was over. I reached out to the corporate office but of course had no followup. We had been going to this location for over two years.

I think the fact that this is the first time ever reviewing any establishment tells you everything you need to know. I could not have had a worse experience at this location. My barber, Erika, didn't so much as greet me when it was my turn. She instead sat me down and said "what do you want." I then showed her a video from a previous haircut and explained to the best of my ability what I wanted her to do. I wish I was lying when I quoted her in saying "that doesn't help at all, I'm going to do what I think is best." Throughout the course of my haircut, I made at least three requests, all of which were ignored because "she didn't think that would look good." She instead disregarded my wishes and proceeded to go her own route. Needless to say, my hair turned out so bad I had to go directly to another barber to fix it. It is no exaggeration when I say Erika managed to ruin my day with her rude, undermining attitude AND ruin my hair with her unprofessional, whimsical approach all in the span of 20 minutes. I am typically a person who gives others the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was so bad I felt that not sharing this review would be a disservice to future patrons

These are all 2022 or older reviews. Since 2023 this is the worst sports clips in area. Mike was great, hope he is still there. My last two haircuts there were pathetic. Lady spent 5 to 7 min on hair, tops. Got a 9.99 style, cut for 35$. I tip well, that's my fault. Will never be back. Worst hair cuts ever. I should of just waited on a real stylist.

I have been visiting this place for the last 3-4 years and always come with my son 6 years old… I always had a very good experience except for today because of a new hairdresser.. serious attitude issue as if she is not even interested… she doesn’t call me by my name and just points at me very rudely to come over… when I ask her to cut hair of my son first as I always stand next to him, she refuses saying that she has already entered my name in the system and I can’t stand next to my son anyways. Overall a very rude hairdresser and I had to go to other sports clip location… very sad as I have been visiting this location for such a long time.

Our online time was not honored. We had to wait for 45 minutes and despite being told we were up next, we weren't attended to. Ended up walking out without a haircut.

Worst sports clips I've ever been to. I arrived an hour and a half before close and could tell right away the customer service was lacking. Two women, one being the manager rather prance around and get lost in conversation instead of focusing on delivering quality service. A man stood up and demanded someone else cut his hair due to frustration towards unprofessionalism and I don't blame him. The manager sat me down and was rude right away. Not in a fully disrespectful manner but just trashy talking about how I was a little boy and knew nothing about being an adult (I'm 26 and own a successful company, you're 39 and cut hair for $10 tips) the second I said I like a football team she didn't like she pulled my hair forcing me to look up towards her leading me to remind her to just cut my hair and do her job. The hair cut was awful, uneven and not what I asked for. She had to continuously help the other lady learn how to blend and fade (you shouldn't be working there if you don't know how to cut men's hair) not once was my hair watered down, the clippers kept pulling at my hair and she made fun of the fact I had moles on my head that I made aware so she could avoid. Saying she was going to throw up if she accidentally kept touching them with a comb. That made me very uncomfortable and insecure and to add to it she continuously complained about her personal life and guy problems (I didn't ask). Due to the horrible experience at this location I missed a reservation I've been waiting weeks for, walked out with a chopped up and sloppy hair cut and $35 dollars gone out of my pocket to feel disgusted, embarrassed and bullied. If these problems are not addressed I feel this location will leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth and be the reason for this location losing thousands of dollars and customers. I rather go to greats clips before experiencing such a pathetic excuse of an establishment and leadership again. Do better.
