Prices are a bit higher than other stores, so I only buy certain things here that I can't find otherwise. Easy returns and friendly staff. Convenient location and love the Starbucks inside the store.”
“Shout out to the tire center here. I am so thankful I bought my tires from Costco. A week later, I had a screw in my tire. I drove on the spare to this location and they fixed it for free. Then they told me that if it was not repairable they would have just replaced the tire for a $15 install fee. Super awesome! But the best part, what took the service here to the next level was that they repaired the mechanism that lowers the spare tire. I've been driving with the spare in the back for ages because it was broken. Other people have tried to fix it and they made it happen. I didn't even ask or say anything about it. Super thankful. The rest of Costco is great too. I just hate when I go in for socks I come out spending hundreds on other great stuff”

“I enjoy grocery shopping at Harris Teeter . Went in to the pharmacy to request a flu and RSV shot if the pharmacist was not too busy. She was busy, but I didn't get that idea from either the techs or the pharmacist. I only waited about 10 mins to get my injections. The pharmacist asked me if I had any questions, gave me handouts on the injections and said goodbye. No problems or issues .”
“This pharmacy's general manager, Eben, is incredible. I was having trouble getting my father's prescription filled and he went above and beyond to ensure that I got it as soon as possible, despite roadblocks from our insurance, doctor's office, and a national drug shortage. We always trust this pharmacy to take care of us!! Thanks again, Eben!”

“This is one of our favorite Teeters! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They have a good selection of wine and cheeses (see pics). The only negative is this is a smaller location. You will definitely notice this in the produce section. It is conveniently located off of highway 64. So even if you don't live in the area, you are able to get in and out quickly. Worth noting, there is a Starbucks located inside. Happy Teetering!!”

“This is one of the closest locations to me so I have frequented this Walgreens more. I have come here multiple times for passport photos and also shipping needs. Rosemary is a fantastic employee that runs that entire store. She rings up people at the register, does passport photos and keeps the lines moving. I went during the COVID pandemic so everyone was on edge yet she still maintains her composure and customer service outlook. I just want to give Rosemary a shout out for her excellent service. I have had one shipping incident here where my package that I dropped off for UPS was not picked up for a few days yet it was resolved after I filed a claim.”

“I have been using Walgreens for a long time- from NYC to Seattle and now here in Apex NC. My first experience with them here & honestly it was one of the best customer service experience I have had in any business. Debbie in the Pharmacy was not only polite and accommodating- she also went out of her way to save me some $$ for one of my prescription by sharing her info on brand discounts. She walked me through the sign up be waited for me to complete. Literally saved over $400 on the visit. She could have just as easily run the transaction w/o the extra work. Absolutely impressed with this Walgreen. The front cashier also greeted me and said goodbye- made eye contact and was cordial. Absolutely fantastic customer service experience. Thank you!”
