I took my wedding dress to get dry cleaned a few years ago. They ruined my wedding dress. Tried to fix it, claimed they fixed it as a "courtesy." The manager reached out to me. Refunded me. But was not even remorseful. Did not even apologize or admit their mistake. People like this - I wish their business would go out of business! Don't ever bring your expensive and important garments to this place or to any of their other locations!

Clothes came back still dirty. White blazer came back with black spots on it. Staff is friendly, but I definitely just wasted my money.

The service is very bad and I still see the folding on my shirts, i asked them to do dry cleaning and at the time of pickup I showed the coupon which I received from them and then they said we did laundry not dry cleaning and the coupon is applied for only dry cleaning. The person is not much responsible about my concern and he simply said I didn’t pick up your cloths someone did and they forgot to tell me about this. Looks like he is not caring about my issue and not able to listen my concern.Services: Laundry pick-up

Poor service. Wanted to use the 25% discount coupon that they emailed, instead they applied some wrong coupon and did not honor the discount. Said they made a mistake but could not correct it. This has happened twice now. They should do a better job at retaining customers.Service: Laundry pick-up

I will not use this dry cleaners again. Back to A Cleaner World for me. Was hoping Medlin would be good because it's so much closer to my house. Not only are they more expensive, I'm pretty sure the 7 days they had my comforter, it didn't get dry cleaned. There are pieces of dirt, my dogs fur all over it, and oddly enough a few long black strands of hair. We don't have long black hair so clearly not ours. Now I have to pay to have it dry cleaned again!Service: Comforter cleaning

I dropped off a leather jacket for cleaning. They 'sent it out to a third party' who ruined the jacket, and tried to cover up damaged spot by re-dyeing it. Now it looks like a cigar burn mark and Medlin blames the vendor and the vendor says not my problem. POOR SERVICE - NO ACCOUNTABILITY -
