In reading all of the reviews I'm going to repeat pretty much every word because it's also how I feel!!! I've been attending Jazzercise classes for many years (and an instructor for 5 of them) and I LOVE it! I too have tried different exercise programs and I have never had more fun than I do at a Jazzercise class!!! I just kept coming back! The instructors at Jazzercise of Apex are AMAZING and so much fun to dance with! The music is current, which is a HUGE plus in my book AND it's only 1 hour!!!! You work your body from head to toe in 1 hour, it's the best hour of my day.......

Absolutely the best and most fun workout program that I've tried...and I've tried a lot. The music is current and the instructors are fabulous! The instructors make sure that you get a total body workout through the choreography that combines cardio, kick-boxing, strength training, and so much more. My kids love coming with me so that they can play with their friends in the childcare area. It's a win-win for both Mom and children. It's the best hour of my day!! You will not regret it!! Best hour of my day! The instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and inspiring. New songs/routines are introduced every 3 months so you always have new material to look forward to. Jackie organizes incentive challenges and special events for charity throughout the year. Jazzercise gives back to the community as well as to each of us in class!

Jazzercise is unlike any other exercise program. It is a total body work out that combines aerobics with a dance flair and strength training. It's certainly not like "your Mother's workout"!! During any Jazzercise class you can burn up to 600 calories, that's huge!! The 60 minutes that you are in class flies by. I hear customers say all the time, "That was so much fun!" and "I can't believe how good I feel". Jazzercise keeps things fresh by changing up the moves and using all the best, new music. I've been an avid Jazzerciser for 17 years now and love it just as much as day 1. I love how Jazzercise evolves and changes over the years to keep up-to-date on the latest dance moves and fitness techniques while incorporating the best music with the latest artists. I love having this hour to myself..to dance and then tone with weights. I love how women of all ages participate. The Apex facility has some of the best instructors around. I always feel better after a good workout. Love Apex Jazzercise.
