My husband and I just spent several hours working with Sarena on a used Toyota Tundra. She showed us several different Tundras. She was patient, kind, and had a wonderful attitude. I had an excellent car-buying experience at Hendrick Toyota in Apex, thanks to Adrian. He was extremely supportive, took the time to understand my requirements, and suggested the perfect car. Adrian patiently explained all the features and details, making the process smooth and enjoyable. It was definitely one of the best car-buying experiences I have had, and I highly recommend him. I will be referring my friends and family to Hendrick Toyota as well.

Up to this point I have had 5 star experiences. This time not so much. My service writer was less than truthful about a couple of items. I told them to check one of the tires that had a slow leak in. They did and found a nail in the tire but I was told by the service writer it was too close to the sidewall to be replaced and he immediately tried as hard as he could to sell me 4 new tires. I passed on that because I wasn’t prepared to shell out $1200 for tires when the ones I had probably had another 15,000 miles of tread left. After the service was done he said they put 50lbs of pressure in that tire to get me through to whatever action I was going to take on my own. Does he not know that I can look on the diagnostics that come with the truck to show how much air is in each tire. All four had 34lbs in them when I left. They did not put 50lbs of air in that tire. As slow as that leak was it would have taken a week to get from 50lbs to 34lbs. I repaired the tire my self for nothing. I looked up the tolerances for how close a puncture can be to the end of the tread on the tire. Anything less than a 1/2 inch can’t be replaced. The nail in my tire was 1-1/2” from the end of the tread.

Eli was amazing showing me all the options of the cars that made sense for what I was needing . I traded my Rav 4 in for a 2020 Camry that I am in love with . He was very patient ! An showed attention to what I was looking for an in need of ! If anybody is looking for a new car I would definitely ask for Eli . For the future I will definitely come to him when looking into another car .
