I highly recommend this storage facility. Great prices, clean, and easy to navigate. The customer service is also top-notch! Kim was extremely helpful. She walked me through everything efficiently & clearly takes pride in her work!

Your front desk staff person is unnecessarily rude. She had blonde hair and glasses. Screamed at me as i pulled in a u haul return because i didn’t park the van exactly the way she wanted me to. When i walked into the office, in case i needed to settle up in any way with the rental, she brashly said “you can go. there is no reason for you to be here.” it was condescending, strange, and just absolutely devoid of warmth or customer service.I will never be coming back to do business here so for the sake of your company and everyone else who may walk through your doors, please properly train your employees on the basics of customer service.

Again, we rented a truck and they way they can do it through an app is remarkable and very user friendly. The truck was clean and locked up when we got there. A 4 hour rental is all we needed. If we need a truck again, this will be a great option.

Amazing customer service! Tory went above and beyond! With a last minute request for a dolly during a move, he was able to locate not one utility dolly, but two! Rent from Dutchman Creek Self-Storage. I can’t say enough about them and their willingness to provide extra-mile customer service!

I was moving to the area and needed to secure a storage place. However before I could move I was able to locate a house and didn’t need storage. However the entire process with Dutchman storage employee Kim was FANTASTIC!!!!
