I just wanted to give a shout out to Alicia who works in your shop! We purchased the Harmon Pellet Stove from you 3 years ago. We absolutely love it. Today I had an issue with it and my husband is away working. Alicia was simply amazing! She walked me through the trouble shooting process and we got it up and running again. She was patient, supportive and funny too. I just wanted to say thank you to her for her excellent customer service. She went above and beyond and even stayed late to make sure it lit for me with no issues. I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase a Pellet stove or any product from your company. You guys stand behind your product. Awesome company!

Peter and his team at Tin Man have looked out for us from the very beginning. They’ve been incredible to deal with and provide professional installs and impeccable and reliable service. We had an issue arise with our chimney, 4 days before Christmas and we live 2 hours from Corner Brook, and Peter called us the first cancellation he had and fit our repair in, right before the holidays. We’re so appreciative!

I had the pleasure of having Alicia by today for a pellet stove cleaning. She is an excellence asset to your company!!! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. As a first time user of a pellet stove she didn't mind answering all of my questions. This lady knows her way around a pellet stove and is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Amazing experience and customer service from Peter, his installers and the wonderful woman we dealt with over the phone. Keith and Randy who installed our pellet stove in our home in LaScie when other companies didn’t want to have anything to do with it were awesome and friendly and loved a good laugh!
