Good prices for most produce. What I like best is the selection of Eastern European foodstuffs they carry, both packaged/canned and cheeses. I go regularly.

The WORST. Seems like it's under new ownership, and they are rude and uncooperative. I tried to return some blueberries that tasted kinda the way roach spray smells - they were utterly inedible - and they gave me a hard time. While waiting in line I dropped one of the three cartons of blueberries, and while I was helping an employee clean them up, he set the carton aside. So then the cashier said she'd only refund me for two cartons because she couldn't see the third one. So I retrieved it put it up on the counter with the other two, and then she told me they'd only refund me for two, since I dropped one. Seriously? Also, when I put two of the cartons on the counter, SHE knocked one down all over the floor, and then blamed ME for putting them up on the counter. After more than 15 years of shopping here, I am done. It used to be okay, because you got a good price on outdated produce, but lately half the stuff is so old you can't even eat it. Plus the fruit flies all around the store are pretty gross. These people don't care about their customers or the community they serve - they just want your money. Well, they're not getting any more of mine. BOYCOTT!

Not sure what happened to this store while you see very few people shopping there and it is a little pricey too.

If I could give this place a NO STARS I would! Me and my family have been going here for years and recently the cashier and new owner were rude! They never bag my items and I have never complained.but this time I returned some fruits where the OWNER had a big problem. The cashier have said some uncomfortable comments in the past to my family. And every time we purchase groceries , they always seem to be rotten. Stop n Shop has much better fruits and veggies than this place. I’m never coming back since the OWNER was so disrespectful and didn’t think his fruits were rotten. Horrible!

Awful terrible customer care. I bought a bagged cauliflower on a Thursday night went to cook it on Sunday and it was moldy when I opened it. Took it back on Monday and was told by a very hostile lady, they have a 24hr return policy. I even had my receipt!So you’re supposed to consume everything you buy in 24hours!I think her response was more racially motivated to be honest!Got that bad feeling about herWill no be back.

This definitely is a place for veggies when you can't find anything good at the supermarket .. they have lots of fruits too. I noticed recently though, the prices are going up. I believe there are new owners and that may be the reason.

Update Update: Only change dine since my last review is the bread is now 3 for $2Update: After a few months of not shopping here, I now noticed the changes done to the place and how different the atmosphere feels. There's been upgrade to the registers, which probably why prices went up. Fresh bread are now 2 for $1. Cold cuts prices went up by $1. Usually by 8:30 on a Saturday the lot's full. This morning 1 May '21, I was the only customer in the store. So from 5 star I give it now a 3.This place is under new ownership as of December 2020. The regular guy that worked the deli dept is no longer there. Customer service seems to be the same, just different faces. They still provide fresh fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices. Daily fresh bread. Great variety of almost everything. Awesome place.

Went here to buy some fruit & the nasty woman at behind the counter just let's people cut in without acknowledging there are people that have been waiting. She is so rude & given that she also works in Dunkin' Donuts up the road I will not be returning to either establishment. Do not work in customer service if you are going to be inconsiderate and just plain rude. She doesn't even have the courtesy to hand you a receipt she just throws it down. It's a fruit stand! Stop being so hateful & rotten!
