My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our Camry with the assistance of Johnny Hernandez. He listened carefully to the vehicle we wanted and was able to match our budget. He is easy to work with, has no drama, and is very knowledgeable about our vehicle, especially setting up our iPhones to access all the high-tech systems that are present in today’s Toyotas. We had a seamless experience with our trade-in as he handled all the paperwork so we were ready to drive away and enjoy our new car. Yes, Johnny Hernandez makes you feel you are his only concern. He even gives you his personal number and yes he answers all his calls.

Hey DO NOT Do business with them. Specially Carolina and their manager. Told us they have Toyota Sienna available for a pick up Saturday and there is room to negotiate a little.
After driving for 1 hour, and explicitly told us we can negotiate and the car is available.
When we arrived, they said the price is not negotiable. Not only that, they told us they have other cars and pushed us on other cars. When we said we only want Toyota Sienna they said someone else put down payment ( was a lie, how if an hour ago you told us it’s available )
Very bad business.

Test drove a used car a while back. The test drive was fine. The car was fine. There was some issues where it wasn't a Certified car because of a pending recall. But I felt very rushed. This was the only dealership where they wouldn't let me put a deposit down on a vehicle. Obviously, I'd need time to get my old belongings out and into the new car. Why the rush. So before I knew it.. I'm going through financial paperwork. All this just didn't feel right, so I walked away before financing. I like to be careful and take my time to make a huge purchase.

I highly, highly recommend Westchester Toyota. We shopped around at a bunch of other Toyota dealers in the tristate area and had some pretty negative experiences, lots of games, haggling over small stuff.
It was the exact opposite at Westchester. Working with Kenny Gil as our salesperson was an amazing experience. Everything was as straightforward and as painless as could be. It was as simple as asking him if the price we saw online was really the price we would pay at the end, finding out it was, putting down a deposit, and not playing any games. It's the way car buying should be, period.
Will definitely come back whenever we're in the market again.

From start to finish the process was seem-less. We had Eduardo Pichardo as our sales person and he was amazing. He really took his time to tell us everything about our new vehicle. Nothing sneaky about him, he took the time to show us exactly how they come to the monthly payment, we felt very comfortable. Our finance guy was just as amazing, i would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family. This car was for my wife but i will definitely check back to purchase a car for myself also.
