This Is a very horrible place to stay..I wouldn't even recommend nobody to try to stay here.. not even a dog... they do drugs here & the people that's there is not considerate that kids stay in the building...also these people are very prejudice & racist. Something has to stop

I wish I could give 0 stars for the way my family has been treated by management office and owner. I’ve been harassed about my 1 year old walking in the apartment during the day. They have complained about us watching TV when you can’t hear anything outside the door. They will increase your rent & not fix anything. A man name Leo that works for them shows up to my door unannounced after business hours which makes me extremely uncomfortable because he adds women on social media from the building and he’s married. He’s unprofessional and rude. I have friends in their apartments and I can prove no one in my building has been harassed the way my family has

Never any heat or hot water during the winter and I've got all the 311 reports to prove it. Several people from the city have come to check out the problem but it remains a consistent issue. Whenever you call management about it no one is every available however, if you miss ONE payment they are hounding you for days. These people are crooks.

The super for 138 orchard ave does not fix anything when you need him to . He will tell you he’s on his way and never shows up . He even can to my apartment drunk after drinking didn’t fix nothing I needed him to and left . Since I moved in the apartment I could not take a shower ...

Working with this company was a disaster from start to finish. Make sure you review all of your contracts. They overcharge for everything.

It is a pleasure to live in a building that is so well managed. The staff at the management office is pleasant and responsive whenever I call. I have lived in this apartment for many years and have had only good experiences with Total Realty. Keep up the good work!

Today I needed a document from Total Realty in order to rent my apartment, therefore I visited Ms. Zulma Alicea at their office in Yonkers Avenue. Not only was my document drafted and notarized while I waited but I could honestly say that I was treated with dignity and respect.

I have been living in one of their buildings for years, first with my family and now by myself. You can never get in touch with these people especially when you need something in your apartment repaired. However, if you missed a payment, they are calling you or knocking asking for their rent payment and don’t throw any furniture away, you might come home to a bill for throwing such furniture away. Can your corporation please get it together, if you fix an apartment =happy tenant. Only speaking for myself and my families experience!

0 stars as I believe these people see it as a crime to be professional at all. No heat, no hot water on the coldest of days and no fcks given. Slumlord is putting it nicely. The receptionists or beasts as I like to refer to them as are nasty and just as bad as the slumlord. Properties are never maintained also do not have exterminators. They will literally "fix" the problem by creating another problem and get upset when you call them out on it. Street rats are just that, they belong in the streets not in our apartments because the siding of the building deteriorated hmmkay.
