Horrible customer service EVER FROM THE MANAGER!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Not big enough for children. No air circulation to breathe for parents and children. Smells really bad. And they will rip you off with your membership WHICH IS ALSO NOT WORTH IT !

they gotta add more balls, people trying to play dodgeball but there’s always not enough balls. a lot of kids just steal the balls to play basketball instead too. should add a time limit for the basketball because other people want to play tooalso saw a couple making out on the trampoline

Today we celebrated my son’s birthday at Ridgehill. I must say Lina was our host and she was simply amazing. From the moment she greeted us to the moment she said goodbye, she did not skip a beat. My family, guests and most importantly my son were so happy and stated they had a great time. My close friend is celebrating her sons birthday there as well and after today’s experience she wants Lina to host her sons birthday party as well. Lina, thank you so much!

TiSkyZone, a haven for thrill-seekers and bouncing enthusiasts alike, offers an exhilarating experience that promises fun for all ages. From soaring through the air on trampolines to navigating challenging obstacle courses, this indoor trampoline park delivers on adrenaline-fueled excitement. The atmosphere at SkyZone is undeniably electric, buzzing with the laughter and excitement of children and adults alike. The vibrant colors and energetic music set the stage for an unforgettable adventure, where gravity takes a backseat and the joy of flight takes center stage. However, while the majority of staff members exude enthusiasm and professionalism, there are some who unfortunately dampen the experience with their less-than-stellar attitudes. Whether it's a lack of patience or a hint of indifference, these occasional encounters with staff members can detract from an otherwise stellar visit.Despite this hiccup, SkyZone remains a top destination for families seeking an action-packed outing. With its array of attractions and infectious energy, it's easy to overlook the occasional misstep and focus on the soaring highs of bouncing bliss. So, gather your family and friends, and prepare for a sky-high adventure at SkyZone – just be prepared to bounce past any bumps along the way.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Skyzone Yonkers. I must say that Lina and Evalysse were the most exceptional hostesses I have ever come across. They were extremely friendly, personable, and charismatic, which made the party amazing and stress-free for me. I was quite anxious about the party, but they put my mind at ease. The setup was completed in a timely manner, and the pizza was fresh and delicious. Everyone enjoyed the party to the fullest. If you are looking for a place to celebrate your special occasion, I highly recommend Skyzone Yonkers and these two fabulous hostesses. Thank you so much!

The one in New Rochelle is way better , the kids don't have much to do on this skyzone. No obstacles courses is really boring. MY DAUGHTERS HATED THE PLACE. It smell really bad as well , won't ever go back again.

My daughter was with her cousins playing doge ball boys twice her age started to argue with her when she defended herself they started hitting her with the balls on purpose, after the worker came and screamed at MY daughter. The worker then took pictures trying to mock my daughter, moreover they started hugging the worker for defending them when they were wrong.

Every time I come here a kid always has a problem with me and their parents don't know how to control them, the last Time I came here I was playing dodgeball and I hit a kid with a ball in the face by accident and the kid ran over to me dropped to the floor and started biting my leg super hard It hurt super bad and I never want to come back

We have been coming here since it was Rocking jump and now it is Skyzone. Having had been here before and never encountered any problems with other guests had made us feel it was worth accepting the membership today which was offered by your front desk rep(who was very kind and helpful). As parents we are very attentive and watched the girls ESPECIALLY WITH the facility being crowded, upon watching our girls we saw the bigger girls skipping them and telling them to shut up when one of our girls said “hey we are taking turns”. Unfortunately, my daughter who is 6 years old as well as her friends had experienced bullying by other bigger kids who did not stop following -non stop - using profanity and calling them names. Not only did they keep pointing and using profanity but also kept running to them and looking at us to see if we are looking at them. They kept telling their bigger siblings and friends to mess with them. For the last 25 min of their time our little girls had to deal with this. I notified one of the workers from the beginning and explained the situation. It was hard for them to keep an eye on this situation when there are way too many kids in the facility and then there is barely workers on the floor which is unfair to the workers alone. This was a planned play date for our girls and we hoped they would have a pleasant experience as should any other child present. It’s unfortunate that with this experience alone we all felt overwhelmed as the place itself is already filled with a lot of guests. Parents need to watch their kids at all times no MATTER what age. I understand some parents do need a break to sit and relax while their kids enjoy their time. However, this is not fair since we too are paying so that our kids can enjoy the facility as well. One suggestion which I would hope can be taken and implemented is to have more workers and if anything please remind parents through the speaker to WATCH THEIR CHILDREN. Some would say “leave if this is happening” but imagine planning a day for the kids to play together with our schedules being all over the place, and then having to deal with this!

Beyond overcrowded, they should have a maximum capacity limit for safety related reasons. Some equipment could stand for updating/replacing. The front desk staff were helpful.
