Gentlemen, it is assumed that at Macy's you can trust that they will sell you good and original products, especially perfumes, but it is unfortunate that this is not the case. My wife bought me a John Barbato cologne that was running out and she bought it for me as a gift at that store. and it resulted in an altered and fake cologne, it's just pure alcohol and it comes off more from the base than from the spray and it doesn't smell like anything, just alcohol. I trusted that store and I threw away the receipt and now she doesn't want to return it with the proof of his card and I'm crazy about going to scold myself and report it first to everyone in that store so they know that perfumes are not useful there so be careful I buy perfumes in that Macy's store they are not useful they are fake may name is santiago y vivo en white plains Westchester County..i use this cologne like air fresh in my home but no work either???????????????????? someone can help me with that or some number to call and talk with somebody else please thanks......MY IG IS HENRYSANTIAGO809

The workers act annoyed when I ask to check the designer bags that are in the case. Very unpleasant group of folks at this Backstage. Before I spend 500-1k for a bag, I need to feel the quality and not feel rushed. I try to go to the stamford store, they are pleasant and I usually buy something from there.

Wow! Whatta store!!! Just be prepared to do LOTSA walking and searching and standing on long lines, esp Sat & Sun.BUT you can find some BEAUTIFUL pieces at a decent discount. Everyone I spoke to had been there for 3-4hours! They have clean bathrooms and water fountains too!HINT: The 3rd floor has lotsa COUCHES where all the tired shoppers were resting!!! ?????
