It has been the same issue which I called up and discussed to no avail with the same difficult woman.
Having purchased and donated many items I felt so disrespected once again.
An employee of Jamaican descent began insulting me verbally ! At the cash register she bellowed angry statements over my asking for 2 paper clips !
A > raving loud person< , which has in the past displayed the same disrespectful behavior.
I of course understand the working environment is very uncomfortable.
It is for both customers and certainly for the staff.
However the accusations spewed were hardly unnecessary.
As she raved the heated moment grew even more hostile.
Ranting about having come to the United States in order to have her child brought into the world ! ?
Honestly dear people this drama was out of control, hinging on dangerous.
I implore those who might able to address this employee to look into this event.
I left the store having given up for reasoning with her was no longer an option.
Nor was the drama rational !
A Confounded Leary customer !
thank you

The workers are all very rude, especially with older people, they are quite unpleasant and the prices are exaggerated in addition to the fact that the place is very dirty in the back

Donation drop off was very easy. I was told to just make a left and go all the way to the back and leave my donations there. I liked that it was no fuss but probably would be frustrating if I needed assistance or a donation receipt.
Did not stop to shop but the store looked pretty disorganized and overwhelming.

Prices has gone up in the last couple of years. They price things at such high prices for items that are in poor condition. Their coat selection is embarrassing, most of their leather jackets are priced at 50 to 200 dollars. I saw they priced a faux leather jacket you can find at Marshall’s for 30 to 40 bucks at 80 dollars. Whoever is pricing these items really needs to take consideration that most of their clothing if not all is used and in worn condition. They really think people are going to drop that much money for a faux leather jacket it’s ridiculous.

I had a horrendous experience, the employees are extremely rude and lacking empathy, I wish I could communicate directly with the person in charge to report this fact

I’ve stopped shopping at most SA stores because of their prices skyrocketing but this one was the worst I’ve seen. $200 for a faux fur coat that wasn’t even nice(that was average for a fur coat) $30 for a jewelry box that was falling apart- just a couple of examples of what I saw. Even at 50% off the prices seemed high for the condition.

Unless you’re getting a deal on a daily tag special, it’s really expensive, some items priced higher than new. Over stuffed, crowned, messy. On top of being way over capacity, they park carts all over the store and it’s difficultly to get around. People including employees get rude and impatient because it’s impossible to navigate the store. Also I’m pretty sure I got bedbugs from shopping here, so make sure you bag and wash anything you get here after carefully inspecting it.

Gone very downhill from pre pandemic. Half the aisles are blocked off by racks and carts, and almost everything is stained, ripped or dirty. They're charging 200 dollars for mangy fur coats with ripped dry pelts. This doesn't reflect the employees; just the corporate policies

From the outside you definitely see a lot of merchandise stuffed in their store window but it really didn't look like much of a thrift store. When you first walk into the store there was the register and a glass case with a line of people paying. There were a lot of books, CD's, guitars, coats hanging and purses hanging on the walls and it seemed like a small store but when you walk further into the store it opened up into like a large warehouse it was stuffed with so much donated merchandise. It was a bit messy and you had to really navigate through some shopping carts and boxes to get to the clothes. All of their clothes were hung up neatly and sort of categorized. I was just very surprised for a thrift store I really felt like everything was a bit pricy for used donated items. They did have a large home goods selection. I was surprised at how many flat screen TV's that were available. It was a pretty busy store sort of chaotic. I normally have absolutely no expectations, wants or needs. I like to roam around thrift stores when I have time to kill to find things that I didn't know that I needed. This is a type of place that is a hit or miss. Unfortunately it was a miss for me maybe next time.

They actually close at 7 pm on weekdays. I’m convinced the negative reviews are just trying to deter people from coming. For a thrift store it is actually exceptional. If you look you will find some very good quality and vintage finds. They have a lot of fur and leather coats that are reasonably priced and cute niche and high quality items if you look. I found a lot of great things here for a very reasonable and great price. I would definitely come back.
