Super intelligent and efficient! The main guy could easily diagnose the issue in our multi CD cassette player within much less time than he said it would take. Very reachable phone number, definitely very thorough about the issue, and would even explain if the fixing is possible or not! Definitely recommending his service to anyone!

I had issues with a Marantz dual cassette deck—wasn't sure if it was an issue with motors or what, but the unit seemed to get power, but no movement on the tape decks. After an agreed upon price and a few weeks' wait, I picked up the unit. Both decks played from the looks of it—great!Upon getting home, however, it began to sound like one of the decks was playing back at the wrong speed. In testing this hypothesis, I found out that deck A was now playing back 10% faster. This wasn't an issue I had before. I emailed and documented the problem to Efrain, who said he couldn't hear the difference but told me to bring in the unit.The business is around an hour commute from where I am in Brooklyn, so I thought to wait it out knowing that, hey, at least deck B still works.Deck B now wavers in playback speed to wild degrees—like, +/- 25% playback speeds. So, after dropping $150 or $180 for repair, I'm right back where I was, and have to bring back the unit for more repairs and more money.Efrain and his employee were both very nice guys, but this process just proved to be such a huge disappointment and setback for me that I'm not sure I can recommend the business. I hope to amend this review to boost the number of stars soon—I just have to figure out when I can carve another four hours total for the roundtrips to/from for another dropoff and pickup. :\

Excellent service! I'm a hi-fi audio enthusiast and didn't know where to take my Cayin iHA-6 headphone amplifier when the right channel started to go out. Thankfully, I ended up taking it here. Efrain found the issue and repaired it; now it sounds good as new. It took some time to find the correct components, but he kept me updated and informed every step of the way. Very clean and professional work; I definitely recommend.

Store owner Efrain did really good job.Mine is bit High end universal CDP. Problem was didn't produce Audio sound and gotta replace new pick up laser. He fixed problems perfectly with unbelievable price. I recommend everyone who has problem with Audio components. Happy to do business with him. Two thumbs up!!!!Thanks Efrain!

Great service brought my 20 year old combination VCR - DVD in for repairs they did a great job picked it up a day later after dropping it off he had it all hooked up to a TV screen for me to check it out before I paid for it I'm gonna hook it up and bring in another unit thats been laying around at my house I'm very happy because you can't even buy VCR's anymore

Very negative attitude, I need ti to fix a small component with LED…just to replace a resistor and “was to cheap” “doesn’t worth it the effort”….I was willing to pay up to 50$ for a 2 min job …..YOU COME HERE AND YOU GET YOUR DAY F… UP!

The shop’s tech diagnosed and repaired a circuit board that is very difficult to replace. He explained what he did and completed the job for a reasonable price. I have experience with electronics repair but for the very advanced jobs I will definitely come back!

Very helpful and friendly. Found out that most electronics repair places don’t touch headphones like Beats, so as a resident Fromm New Jersey, I came here. Repair on my headphones were done quickly and efficiently, and at a very fair price. Will definitely recommend to others if they need electronic repairs performed.

I own a 40 years old stereo which I love. Recently, the CD door would not open. Because this stereo has a lot of sentimental value, I needed to find a repair person. Well, I checked with friends but they simply told me to throw it out, and that not one could fix it. After checking the internet, I found Efrain in Electronic Repairs not too far from my home. When I contacted him, after explaining my problem he asked me to bring it to him. Well, surprise, Efrain fixed it. I want to commend his efforts and recommend him highly to you. He was very professional and most importantly, very competent. I cannot express how pleased I am to have my stereo in working order, because of Efrain excellent job.
