I called this company ahead of time to let them know that I’ll pick up my order the next day and the way he answered me, he is very disrespectful! tbh. so, I went to pick up my order today and as soon as I got there he felt like bothered. I gave him my ID and he told me you don’t live here you need to pay $10 so I told him Idk what you mean! I ordered something at macys and they never told me I have to pay anything if I want to pick it up at your place. so he said well I dont care if you want to pick it up, you have pay 10 dollars. i would pay it if he was more professional but the way he talks to customer is very sad. if you don’t feel comfortable just do something else but respect and communication are the keys of customer service.

Today I walked in and normally I am always greeted by the nice gentleman with a heavy accent. Today I was greeted by a rude Guyanese looking man who was so nasty. Asked him a simple question and he decided to give me attitude. This is my second encounter with this man and he is always so nasty. Definitely not coming here again!
