On Sept 7, we shopped at AG jeans, at Woodberry Comons. The sales staff could not be any nicer, in particular Danielle, she went above and beyond helping us. Two persons trying jeans, she showed us as many styles as possible, going up and down the ladder and helping us with the different styles, color and materials. Koodos to Danielle making it a great shopping experience. Prices were great.

Brandy who works in this store was very irritable. Whenever I took a pair of jeans and put them down, she would demonstratively pick them up and rearrange them with an angry face. She should be more patient working with customers.

I discovered AG in 2015 when my friend introduced me to AG jeans. Ever since the day I walked in to the store, I’ve had Halona helping me find the best, most flattering and fashionable pairs. She always gives me her undivided attention and her incredible fashion advice. She helps me find great clothes and does the same for my friend and for my husband. She is very energetic, quick and always has a big smile!!Halona has a great eye for style! If you want to update your wardrobe, stop by at AG and ask for her!

FANTASTIC SERVICE PROVIDED BY HALONA! She could not have been any more helpful. She was knowledgeable about your product (my husband only wears the Graduate jeans containing 98 percent cotton) and she was able to pull from her stock and the stock of other stores to allow my husband to stock up as we are aware that this particular line of your jeans is being discontinued. She was patient and so very polite. It was a delight to meet her and she is an asset to the AG store and to company.

I have purchased this jean in Woodbury outlet NY 11/27/2020, only wear this Jean couple times, I don’t know what happened , not even one year, this one was ripped on 11/15/2021. Me and my husband we are all AG fans, we love the AG Simple design and good quality, also this is made in USA. But this Jean is very surprised me and also quality disappointed me. I went to Woodbury AG at the same day and talk to the Woodbury outlet the sales, she said this Jean fabric can not be tumble dry, I have a lot of Jean and also have 3 jeans from AG. this is the first time I heard Jean can not tumble dry, In my conversation with her, I can only feel her shirking responsibility.And later I have contacted AG customer service , they said is has passed 8-month, they are not able to assist this with a replacement.I always thought they were a very good company, until the handling of this matter surprised me.

The employees here throughout the entire branch are amazing and extremely helpful. Their prices are amazing, the staff is amazing, what else could you ask for? They give a down to earth, lively, environment in their store which is ten times more than what you'd expect from a commons store.
