I went to Kaya Herbal Beauty this afternoon to get my eyebrows threaded. The woman was wonderful, friendly and did a great job. She wore her mask the whole time and the place was very clean. I’ve been going there a few times a year and I am never disappointed.

Excellent service. Right now you have to call ahead to make an appointment. The girls are doing an excellent job at keeping everything clean and sanitized. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and I felt safe and great afterwards. They are now using a tool that clips the thread to their face shield so that they can avoid contact with the mouth. Excellent service.

I have gone here for 3 years until recently. This place in the last three months has become terrible with a gusher if staff. One of them has ruined my eyebrows and takes forever doing waxing and the ones that are actually good are just plain discourteous. I never thought I'd write this review but i tried 3-4x to see if things would improve with no luck.

I used to like the threaders in their previous location-was a decent thread at a reasonable price. I find the threaders at the new location to be quite rude-are more concerned with chatting on their cell phones and rudely making customers wait for them. Customer service is awful!

The place stinks, it was an embarrassment to take my sister there, and most of all they over changed me twice. Better options
