One of the employee boyfriends and herself (D.C.) drove up to my house yesterday night after the boyfriend made threats to my partner at the gas station. The police were called, but the boyfriend couldn't really talk clearly after the physical injuries he received from my partner. D.C. was also shouting profanities. I would not recommend this Cumberland Farms location.

Doesn't matter when you stop here, 5:30am or 5:00pm, the staff ALWAYS acknowledges you when you walk in, they stop what they are doing to help you and they ALL have superior customer service skills! Kudos to the management, they know how to run a business!

Stopped in this establishment this evening on the way to my lake house with my family... The cashier Ashley was incredibly rude, condescending, and unhelpful! We have been stoppingistopping here for years to buy gas and odds and ends. We combined spent over $200. And the level of disrespect was appalling. Plenty of other establishments to stop at along the way, but we like supporting local businesses over the stores near the village....Not anymore! Spread the word.

This could get 3 or even 4 stars, but here's why it's 2 stars: The good: -Open 24 hours! This is the only gas station for miles that is. -excellent selection of beer, soft drinks, and they have 99 cent coffee. -sign up for the smart pay mobile app, link it to your checking account, and save 10 cents a gallon, plus get access to giveaways like free drinks. -they've added a refrigerated area of grab & go snacks like sandwiches & string cheese. Now the negatives: -AWFUL prices, even for a convenience store. $7 for a 12 pack of Diet Pepsi? Are you kidding me? Also, it was short dated (expired in less than a month). -NO Freihofer products aside from bread. You're stuck with Cumby's brand donuts and there's some hostess crap too, but no Freihofer's in this area is unacceptable. -parking is very tight -not many gas pumps (4 at most, and they're very close together) -it's located off of a busy 2 lane road opposite a small strip mall and a bank. Needless to say, ingress/egress is difficult and dangerous. -surly service that looked at me like I had 8 heads for redeeming a free drink coupon with the app I cannot comment on the restrooms as I didn't use them or seek them out. I'll still come to this Cumby's if I'm not going over to Vermont (lower gas prices there) and need fuel and a free drink or 99 cent coffee. Otherwise, stop by Stewart's or Putorti's in Whitehall or head down route 4 another 10 minutes to Fair Haven, VT for cheaper gas.
