I had an excellent experience with Jaylin. He helped me resolve my problems with my unexpectedly unexplained high bill that I paid for my 1 gig internet and 3 cable boxes. Very friendly. I wish we could have more people like him.

I just upgraded my iPhone and I am very happy about my experience! It’s been a while since I have looked at my Verizon service plan and these guys took their time explaining everything so I can understand my current plan. Cory, Geoffrey, and Jaylan are the best!

I came into Verizon on my birthday. Geoffrey is amazing! He is exceptional, patient and professional sales representative who is very knowledgeable and helpful of his products. He answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. He ended up giving me the IPad and cell phone that I needed for my business and personal needs. He provided a very pleasant atmosphere which led to me having a very positive and enjoyable experience. Needless to say, my birthday was very well spent. He deserves a raise and promotion.

All positive things to say about this store. The customer service representatives made sure I felt comfortable, safe and reassured I was spending my money in the right place. Geoffrey has given amazing insight on the benefits of switching to Verizon, and I haven’t stopped smiling since my departure from the store. Highly recommend to anyone with this service to stop by and get their hardest questions answered.
