Safeway cleaners are the nicest people I’ve ever met in any cleaning establishment the way they press and deliver my clothing after it’s cleaned is fabulous. I cannot say that about the tailor Vincent he’s overpriced and very unpleasant. He ruined a Cashmere sweater of mine that was many hundreds of dollars and when I had to get things altered, he kept deducting ..as he should what the price of the sweater was. He never reached the total. I finally said OK. You would think after that he would be kind and patient with me, but he was anything, but. Every time I came in there after that to have something altered, his attitude was unbelievable. I hate to say that because the owners of the establishment and the people who work there and the quality of their cleaning is really a number 10.JB

Went with my mom to drop off pants that needed to be tailored. She had a couple of requests and the tailor was rude and acted as if we were wasting his time. He didn't bother to hear my mom out and just walked us over to register so we could check out and leave. We told him to forget about it and he smiled and walked away. I actually use Saveway Cleaners and recommended it to my mom who was initially going to go elsewhere. Now I feel bad that I told her to come to this place. Won't be coming back.

They aren't the cheapest cleaners but the prices are fair and make sure you bring cash for a 3% discount as well! They are always friendly and welcoming when I go in and all my cleaning has gotten done on time and looks fantastic. If they cannot get a stain out they will let you know what the issue was. According to their website they use "Green Cleaning" which also seems like a good thing-WHAT IS GREEN CLEANING? Green cleaning involves using a solvent that is healthier and non-toxic to the environment. Although gentle to fabric, it is effective enough to deliver the highest level of cleaning performance. It provides effective environmental protection as it's non-toxic, uses non-hazardous material and is biodegradable. It gently cleans your clothes and is returned to you odorless, with a smooth feel while keeping the colors bright and vibrant. I also really like that they text you a reminder when your clothes are ready for pickup and they have a great online portal to track the progress.

Used to come here all the time as a kid,and ales was amazed by the job they did but I guess Time has changed. I got a pair expensive jeans are taken in and my not happy at all with the out at all. When I asked to be taken and was not done, he cut off a necessary cloth or a person that was helping me to take him the pants to be clean just was rude and I was trying to explain to him that these expensive jeans that you have to be careful with washing them. I won’t never come back here again sadly. Tread lightly with high end clothing. Here!!!!

Been using them for years. Bring at least 10 items weekly. Same day cleaning is reasonable (note drop off times). Friendly staff. All things considered at market with pricing given rising costs. Clothes always come out looking the way they should and if they can't make that happen notes to indicate. Tailor is super convenient, will recommend or do as asked. Happy to see they managed thru the pandemic.

I took a $400 hoodie there to be dry cleaned and is came out linty like they washed it with a dog bed. The older gentleman was not considerate and didn't seem to care about my garments that I was not happy with. I've been going there for about 1yr now and sending about $125 there a month and I would never go back. Rude, and did not care at all about the condition of my garments that "They" Saveway cleaners put them in. Side note: my hoodie had no lint on it when I took it there. Also my hoodie did not smell like it was cleaned. It did not smell fresh.
