“Was sorry to see the Greenburgh store had closed as I had always gotten good service there. However, went to the White Plains store as my son & I had a few issues. He needed a new case for his phone, but it was an older model which the store didn't carry. However, Isai was very nice to suggest where we could get a replacement case for his phone. I, on the other hand, had an issue with my phone where the on/off button no longer seemed to work & I could only get access into my phone if someone called me. Expecting to be told I might need to get a new phone, Isai told me about how I could increase the sensitivity of the touch screen to get it to open up & he then set it up for me. He was certainly very customer service oriented & made our experience at the White Plains T-Mobile store an excellent one!”
“Went in yesterday around 4:30 pm and was greeted promptly by Kyle. He was friendly, professional and found a solution to my cellular service problem. Although my phone was an older model, he didnot try to upgrade it due to my being comfortable with this older model. Another customer came in while he was helping me and excuse himself to greet the new customer without missing a beat. Kyle let the other customer know he will gladly assist her once he was finish helping me. He was very engaging to both of his clients. When Kyle went to look for a phone case for me, the other customer and I got to speak to each other and both of us couldnot get over the cleanliness and customer service of this location.
