Donna, Tyler, Dakota and the rest are great at customer service. This location has a deep fryer as well. Food is much better compared to other locations in area without one. It's recently remodeled and has a warmer vibe now. The gas prices are cheaper too than the Mayville, Hartfield and Lakewood locations too for some reason.

Waited over 90mins for a pizza and 10 wings that were so over cooked they where un eatable. This location is always understaffed and you never see the same face twice. This place needs help on so many levels. Terriable food quality. Sub par staff not trained properly. Just overall a terrible experience. Sad I wasted 40 bucks of my paycheck on this. Ried stores need to do better. Bottom line.

Called to place an order at 9pm. Listened to a voice mail that confirmed advertised hours were until 10pm. However said they were closed. Why is it so hard to change your hours if you actually close at 9, say so. Go to Lena’s they are better and will be open.

Crosby's was open for lunch on Thanksgiving day, and was a great option for a quick bite with decent vegetarian options.We ordered a large Classic White Veggie Pizza, Onion Rings, Fries, and Mozzarella sticks. All of the items were great and was enough food for 5 adults and a child.
Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options - we had a large Classic White Veggie Pizza, Onion Rings, Fries, and Mozzarella sticks.

Stopped in here the past two days and the guy cashing me out was over the top in customer service. Didnt catch his name but just hearing him talk so friendly and greet everyone with a smile on his face (even while having to work with covid-19) made me feel welcome. He should be congratulated.

Called to order pizza at 4:30pm on 9/20/19 when we arrived around 5pm to pick it up it wasn't even started! The gentleman was very apologetic that he didn't have time to put it in yet and the other co-worker he was working with left at the wrong time of day to take her break! One employee working during dinner time on a Friday? Thankfully Hartfield Crosby's could get us what we needed in a timely fashion!

Hey Paige, you were ringing me out and the phone rang. You rolled your eyes and laughed and then said "If they really want food they'll call back." What if you went to pick up your pay check and your manager said "If you really want to get paid you'll come back." ?? What would it have hurt to answer the phone, say "Crosby's Westfield, can you hold? " Think about that....especially the next time you're calling in an order....

"It's hard to hear over the phone" response given when they make an order wrong. Maybe instead of assuming the order, ask again until you hear me correctly.
