Just buy the cheapest car wash they have I just spent money for a better car wash and then I sat there watching you all get the same car wash and the guys with the towels don’t do nothing unless you call them over now. I have to drop this monthly thing because I don’t ever plan on going back. Now I have to figure out how to cancel my monthly charges, but yet I’ll cancel my credit card because they’re a scam and they don’t do nothing. The back of my jeep was filthy and TOWER guys didn’t do nothing. Tried to call but they listed phone number is not in service. It’s a scam run away.

Love this drive thru car wash and I told sooo many people about their 9.99 special. The towel guys at the end are really kind. It’s fast and so efficient. Although it’s a ten minute drive for me it’s better than paying $25/wash at my current car wash place. The price keeps going up. So glad I found WASHVILLE

every time I come here, they try to sell me an unlimited wash. When I explain that I’m not interested I get an attitude. Today the Spanish woman gave me a bad attitude and I’m tired of having to argue the fact that I am not interested in an unlimited wash subscription. Stop trying to sell people that just want to wash their vehicle and go. No means no. Also, my truck never comes out completely clean, the guy that does the spraying prior to going through the car wash only sprays one side of the vehicle and the guys that dry the vehicles do a terrible job. it’s unfortunate that I have to find a new car wash being that this one is so close to my home.

This is what I dont understand about this place.....(only this washville)
They direct you to pull foward but the guy directing u only partially sprays off ONE SIDE of your car....(is there a shortage of water)
Like really.....I'm so serious here
Isn't there 2 sides to your car ????
I just dont get it...
If they are short on help hire more people and pay a bit more per hour....
The really good washville is on route 109 or the one on Conklin Ave and route 110 (by the movie theater)...Google it
Please dont be afraid to try the other washville to compare the service....its worth a try ...

Good bang for your buck. They have plenty of subscription options to choose from or you can do a one time wash. The equipment is new and the experience is fun. You are usually in and out quickly so coming here is great if you’re tight on time. The vacuums work well and you can take as long as you’d like with them.

Can go wrong here! Staff were professionals, easy through wash process that works, and their promotions for a two month starter- Can’t be beat! Go check them out! Found out too they have handful other locations and the monthly takes the same scan code so go and vacuum hoses work to do your interior.

Cannot deal with the passive aggressive saleswoman in the booth. How many times and ways can I say I don’t want a membership before you let up? And then to be passive aggressive and rude when you realize I’m not going to give in? Never going to this car wash again.
