My favorite laundromat. There are different prices for the washing machines however, dryers are freeeeeeeeee (there’s credits that come to your card automatically when you use the washing machines.

My first time coming to this laundry the place is clean machines are expensive though but the lady in charge was rude keep staring at us while we was folding like we was going to steal or do something in the place

Very clean however very pricey and the lady with the dark hair has a nasty attitude. One day I used dryers and my clothes were still wet in one of the machines just cause it wasn't showing up on the machine she act as if I was lying like I even had a reason to lie when I had 3 other dryers at that and my clothes were dry. Anyways she refused to compensate me and dry my clothes. She was going back and forth with me which is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I would prefer the lady with the blonde hair to be on more as she's more pleasant and friendly with the customers. Other than that nice place

I brought bedding there this morning and when I brought them home 2 pieces had mysterious stains on them. Went back and showed to worker who said business is not responsible for this. We spoke back and forth and she said she would be willing to rewash at not cost to me.She then said I’m going to call my boss. I don’t speak Spanish but I did understand that the women was asked if I was English(what does that have to do with issue at hand) and she said yes. She was on speaker.The owner asked to speak to me and she was adamant that machine was not responsible for damage. “The stains must have been there when I brought them in”” and coincidentally the rewash was no longer available.She was insinuating that there must be something wrong with the fabric and I should return to store. She told me that they can not check machines all day since they are busy. “It is up to the customer to check machines. We clean machines at night.And I said I do not see any signs stating that customers are responsible for checking machines before using.I explained to the owner that these items have been previously laundered here with no issues.Been coming here since business opened

There are only 2 machines to refill my credits for laundry. One was broken. The other machine was glitching out. I talk to the attendant on duty, Camila, who was couldn't fix it. She had to manually start my machine with her own card, which I had to pay for. I was supposed to get free dryer credits but it went to her card instead. She was very rude and would not reimburse me for those credits and acted like it was my fault. I spent extra money on drying even though they promised I get free dryer credits. It was not my fault ur machines are faulty and need repair.

Clean place. Free dryers kind of. The washers are expensive donut balances its self out. They have a charging station for your phone, soda and snack machines. Pick up and drop off service. I'm giving for starts because I feel they don't interact with there customers even with a greeting. Overall nice place

The Dexter Machines did an outstanding job in washing our clothes. The staff were helpful. The machines use prepaid cards. Plenty of parking. Clean interior.
