worst customer service eve. I entered at the store at 11:00am, and the man working treated me very horrible. With no reason, he threw me out of the store, and gave me a very sarcastic comment! Is just the worst service I have ever received .

Alex was wonderful. My dad has trouble walking and standing. I knew that getting a tuxedo was going to be a hassle. I called so many tuxedo rental stores to discuss my situation. Alex was the most pleasant and understanding person that I spoke to on the phone. I was impressed when I spoke with him, but meeting Alex was even more impressive. He was so great with my dad. His patience was beyond words. He even helped us to the car! I have never met a more accommodating individual!
