The cashier gave me a hard time. They shouldn't have people like that serving their customers. Those people can't work in customer service. They should do something else.

Definitely one of the worst bank locations on Long Island. I came in and the line was about 20 people. TWENTY people! Extremely slow tellers, slow service. Terrible. Will be closing account and moving to different branch.

Bank Teller Kimoy? She basically saw my savings account and helped me upgrade immediately to a more logical account. I legit never had a teller help me do such a thing. All I did was come in for a withdrawal. I had a long busy day she could tell I was tired from my morning and she still took the time to swiftly break it down and she got me to close my old account and switch to a whole new savings account. It gave her no credit and doesnt even help her in anyway. That's a great employee. Thanks Kimoy, Appreciate you. If I could speak to a manager about her I would she really was very professional and nice hopefully someone sees this review.

Came into this location to make a credit card payment, I dealt with a teller by the name of Skarlet. As a customer service teller her service was extremely unprofessional. I will never be coming back into this location at all. She spoke very aggressively loud enough for everyone to hear our conversation. When I asked for a manager she decided to take my payment. I then asked another employee for a manger and they stated their manager Kim was not on site. Skarlet definitely needs customer customer service training. Her attitude was unacceptable and disgusting. Makes capital one look bad.

Submitted paperwork to obtain Power of Attorney for an account of a disabled relative. After a month no response from them and when I called I was told I needed to check in person at Branch. Went to Branch and they had No Idea where the request was in the process. I would give them less than 1 Star if possible.

Always issues with Atm's. Can't deposit cash in one, can't receive from another, another totally out of commission. Ask a branch manager who states we don't run the ATMs inside the actual bank. SMH. I left MCU because of having ATM issues all the time at every branch and I see Capital one is not much better. Closing actual banks locations and having less ATMs available.

Employees are rude and discriminatory towards people with disabilities at all times, verbally abusive towards customers. Management is rude and non-sensical with customers, extended wait times over 90 minutes to make complaints about employees and conduct unbecoming a major corporation in this day and age , stay far away and go to TD it is right across the street and people are nicer and more normal to customers. The management is rude and unprofessional to customers. Seek Other banking for your business , you will be better off

Tellers were not helpful at all. Also I would suggest changing the wood paneling in front of the tellers because my child touched it and was in Urgent Care for 2 hours with splinters in hand. 1st day as a new customer and I was already told no to an important piece of documentation I needed from them and then to spend 2 hours in Urgent Care with a child who had numerous splinters was exhausting. Not sure how I feel about switching banks right now.

Capital one is by far like the worst bank. One of my family members had fraud so they gave them back the money and then four months later they took hundreds of dollars out of the account as a reversal which I understand but if you’re going to do that it should probably be closer to the date of the incident because four or five months later is really messed up to be messing with someone’s account. and they should probably not be giving back any money until they figure out if they have to reverse it or not because if they have to reverse it it makes no sense for them to give people money until the case is done if its going to take MONTHS. And speaking to them is just *sigh*
