On May 19th of 2024, I called the Auto Pro store in Haverstraw, NY and I was searching for a fastener bolt for my vehicle and the dude who answered the phone was rude. He kept saying over and over, "we don't carry that" and he didn't even check. I tried to provide him with my vehicles info to make things easier for both of us but no success be he kept repeating himself. I was doing work on my vehicle and needed this part, urgently. They need retraining at this location. If I could have given zero as a review, I would. Horrible service, period!

If I could give a no star review I would. The worst I've ever seen! Lazy, unprofessional, with a lackluster that they should be ashamed of.

Over the phone super professional, understanding and knowledgeable. They ordered my part and I got it the same day. Unlike those other stores which were way out of the "Zone" and really not that "Advanced" at all. I paid a little more but for better service and same day pickup, its so worth it Thank you so much a very appreciative customer Victor
