They're too busy to deal with you for smaller projects. I have been in there 3 times over the past year. With 3 different projects. I have never been emailed back, never received graphics design assistance as promised. I had a design for my truck rear window. First I was given an astronomical price. But they never did any other graphic design work on it. You need to be a commercial company for them to even bother with you.
