They have a really good sale going on right now everything was $3.95 I love there perfumes and hand sanitizers. They also have lip gloss and lip scrubs ,candles, and laundry soap now.

I used to really love this store up until my last 2 experiences. There’s a young blonder hair lady that works the front, who picks and chooses who she greets(trust me I stood close by to listen in as I shopped new candles people of olive tone or darker were NOT greeted and she looks you dead in the eyes please for your cameras for proof this is not a lie she did this 5/2 around 12:30pm and 5/3 around 1:40pm). Fast forward I just wanted to exchange a new candle I purchased the day prior(I used a coupon for bopis along with a gift card) a older women working the register(5/3 at 1:50pm) told me she has to do a online return then, I can pay for the new candle in a separate transaction(mind you she wasn’t even going to give me a price adjustment). I said “well can I do a no receipt return” she replied “nope this is how we have to do it” I just rolled my eyes because Henrietta nor Monroe ave is NEVER this difficult! I certainly will NOT be back here! (Funny when the older lady saw me after being in the store browsing for 10 min she said “hey, I haven’t seen you in awhile” well now you’ll NEVER see me ??♀️

Love there75% off deals. Love $10 off candle deal. Candles smell amazing! They last a long time. Lots of different kinds.

I recently went in the Webster location. I was surprised when I entered that I wasn't greeted or assisted. Unfortunately someone of a different ethic culture was assisted. I shared this with one of the ladies on the floor and still no assistance. I was left to feeling discriminated against. After arriving home I reached out to contact manager twice and still was brushed off because I felt uncomfortable discussing this concerning issue with " a secretary " so for that they refused to let me speak with a manager. Being discriminated against is a shameful and an uncomfortable feeling. I will not be visiting this location again.

I went in to find a particular scented soap. Unfortunately, the one I was seeking is seasonal and not available. The lovely young lady who helped me was apologetic and found me a similar scent. We'll find out on Christmas if it meets with the approval of my daughter and granddaughter who are both fans of the original. Anyway, it was a good experience and the store and staff are nice and welcoming.
