If I could give no stars to this place, I would.Located in "redneckville", this DISGUSTING establishment has the worst customer service to start off with. There was a pump I pulled up to that I tried to use but I found out after a few attempts that it was out of order. But I didn't receive any help from any of the workers. I had to ask a complete stranger to tell the workers that the gas pump locked my card in the slot and wouldn't give it back. I had to drive around to a different pump which thankfully worked. I went inside to let the workers know, (there were two workers at the time), that one of their pumps wasn't working. Instead of listening to me, the cashier caught an attitude and said if I wanted to make a complaint, I should go to the back of the store and talk to the other person. I asked the worker to go back to do that as I was uncomfortable. She did so with the worst attitude. But instead of staying to endure further disregard and waste more of my time, I left. And now I'd like to know who the owner of this place is. And then I'd like to ask that person if they have any workers that have enough common sense to post an "out of order" sign on any pumps that don't work, as the worker did state that she knew the pump wasn't working properly.

Wow just amazing how a store can turn around. Clean and very nice to talk with. I have been coming here for years. Just looks clean.. Great job.

Gas prices are too high. Telephone does not work at store. Exxon Mobil rewards does not work at store. This is an ongoing problem with both the telephone and rewards and no matter what technicians do, it does not get properly repaired.

It's great and convenient! Only problem is two or three of the females that work there. I only know one of their names (ashley). They are very loud and annoying. It's only when their there with another female though. They get of task and yell across the store. It's bothersome and brings negative vibes in the store.

Employees are very clueless and don't listen. I bought items that were part of a sale going on and the lady behind the register wearing a very childish hat was incapable of following basic instructions. I wound up paying double the special sales price just for the sake of not having to argue. I was half tempted to just ask for a refund. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. They need to hire employees that can stay off the drugs and pay attention to what customers are saying.

I frequent this 7-11 fairly often from mid May to mid October each year since we have a seasonal cottage a few miles away. Always satisfied with employees service and politeness towards customers.

Coffee is supposed to be .85. Girl tried to charge me over $7 when its less than $4 for what I bought. Didn't try to fit just said she couldn't make the buttons work. Highly disappointed and curious why no manager was present to fix since she said it was happening all day

When i come in i always get i greeting . They always say hello and how are you. The Wayland ny 7 11 is amazing and really love the service .

ive been living in wayland and springwater for 15 years at least,and have been a longtime customer of this store...over the years,ive watched the employees come and go,but there have been several who were Outstanding..one of these,still works there and i think he Should be a manager by now,his name is Mr B Riffle and he Always has a smile for everyone,doesnt mind making Fresh hot food for us,and is Very efficient and Helps his fellow employees all the time..i would Hope that the 7-11 franchise recognises the Outstanding employee they have in Mr Riffles,....ps,its summer lets get those Wings back on Sale !!

Busy day due to it being 7-11 day. The man at the counter was busy gossiping and chatting instead of giving the customers in front of him attention. Then we went to pay and handed him a $10 by accident instead of a $1 bill and he refused to give is back the $10 and would only give us change back for the $10. Then he was complaining about how long of a day it was.....urg

On 4/10, I stopped at the wayland for gas and a snack. The cashier Stephanie was more than helpful is hard to find a store with great customer service and I received that. Thank you for the great service

I have been a customer for YEARS..this morning the male cashier told my son to leave back pack at door.I get if it were a group of kids they need to monitor this.but he was with me..his bookbag contained 140$ pair of sneakers.if theft is an issue at this location the shoes would have been taken b4 a 2$ pack of gum..use your judgement group of kids..yes..kid with mom..no..
