I bought a vehicle there, my old vehicle wouldn't pass inspection because of a rusted out frame, how does that happen, seems good so far, time will tell.

November 2023 by Jennifer Ann
I'm not usually one to go on Google and leave a bad review but I'd hate to see anyone else go through what I am currently. I purchased a Nissan rogue from here a few years ago, it lasted almost 6 years so I figured I would return to lease/purchase another vehicle from them since the last one lasted pretty well. I got a kia forte June/July 2023. It is now november 2023. So far I have had to replace, brakes, rotors, headlight. And I went out of state to visit family while omw home to ny we realized my windshield was popping out, so I got home and had that repaired by safelite glass. The person who replaced it said my windshield had never been replaced and that it should not have passed mandatory inspection when it was purchased. For this vehicle (kia) I was talked into purchasing the extended warranty for my car after it was explained to me that everything highlighted in the picture below was 100% covered for 4 years & unlimited miles. And I'd only have to pay for labor if the labor per hour wage was over 100$ Seemed like a great deal for only a extra 1400$welp the starter on my kia has crapped out. And I am now being told that my warranty only covers portions of the repairs for my vehicle. I am deeply upset and angry as I would NOT have purchased the extented warranty had I not been lied to my face about how the coverage works. Now I am looking at almost 400$ worth of repairs. I do not appreciate being lied to my face just to squeeze extra money out of me or anyone else. At this point I will NEVER EVER purchase another vehicle from here and I highly suggest you look else where yourselves unless you want to be lied to and screwed over months down the line when the lemon cars they sell you when they break and you're stuck paying for it yourself after being told it was 100% covered when it isn't.Edit- it is now almost decemeber and tmore and more issues keep popping up with this vehicle putting me in more debt than I can handle. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE

Bought a lemon and no help form dealer. I bought a car at the end of July. the check engine light came on right away. The dealer did "fix" the problem, so they say. By mid-October the radiator fan failed causing the engine to overheat the oil cooler failed causing a massive failure. I am told that a new engine is over 4k. I am now without a car and out over 7k "car taxes and fees". I reached out to the dealer and their response was sorry we only warranty our cars for 30 days and powertrain warranty. the dealer never gave me any paperwork besides a simple buyer's order. no paperwork expressing any type of warranty, nor did they give me a used car buyers guide. This is the type of dealer that gives most dealers a bad name they are your typical used car dealer. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I bought a car there and when they say they stand by their cars they mean it . I had trouble with my car and they stood behind it 150% . I would buy another car there 100% and recommend everyone to go to this dealer . Dave and Eric are great .

All positive experience. Polite helpful patient honest. We are retired and purchased a used low priced vehicle but were treated as if we were purchasing the most expensive on the lot. We are repeat customers.

By not selling auction cars, rigging them and overpricing them! I bought an 05 trailblazer 2 1/2years ago, on day 97the tranny went. Bodine agreed to pay half of fixing it, i had to pay other half. Total cost was $2,400so i had to pay $1,200to fix it on top of purchase price of $4,400. Bodine sent vehicle to Eagle transmissions in Elmira. Eagle wouldn't ley me pay them directly.. I had to pay Bodines because they said it was Bodines agreement with them, not mine... Even thou
