Absolutely no follow up. After being assured I would receive a call back on 2 different occasions and waiting several days each time, Carmen never called back with information. I went with another business who helped find the perfect stone, got it ordered with delivery in 2 weeks. All this in about an hour. So it can be done. Carmen clearly was just not interested in my business.
