“I shipped my Dewalt circular saw to McQuade & Bannigan because Dewalt contracts out repairs for their products. I didn't hear anything for several weeks and started to believe the saw was lost in the postal service's abyss, then one morning I woke up with a missed call from McQuade & Bannigan. Within an hour one of the McQuade folks called me again and let me know they dropped-off a brand new saw and put it on my back porch. It was a great surprise to receive a new saw, first, and an even greater surprise to have the McQuade folks personally deliver the saw to my home 100 miles away from their shop. How cool is that and what wonderful customer service.”

Associate Tony in Home Decor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful helping us find and cut the window blinds we needed. We will definitely shop here again.”
“Tiny Depot in an odd location. Couldn't find it at first. Used maps. People are friendly. Stuff is where it should be and in stock. I noticed an employee working outside in garden actually walk to where a loose cart was in the parking lot and retrieve it. Taking initiative like that might seem insignificant, but usually means they like working there, which translates to better customer service. Whatever. Chain hardware store at its finest in WT.”
