They did a terrible job on my frame and it took over a month. Very expensive for a half an inch matte, it was crooked and the book was also done poorly.

The worst in-store experience I have ever had. A week after ordering what I wanted, I went back to see if the order had been placed. The "helper" behind the counter said he didn't know, could not look it up and the guy with the order records, Ben could not be reached because he did not own a phone. I went back the next week and still my order had not been placed, no reason given other than a shoulder shrug. I got my deposit and artwork back and went to a real frame shop. DON'T GO!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I usually send my film out to get developed (cheaper and faster) but since it is covid I thought I would try to support a local business that may be having tough times. I brought my film in (6 rolls including a roll of experimental film) and paid and gave them my email address to scan and send me the film. They said they were behind so it would take a week and a half. After two weeks I called to follow up. They hadn't started my film "but since I called, they would do it tomorrow." They also said they lost my email address, so I gave it to them again. They send me 5 rolls, and tell me they lost a roll of my film, and also that they don't have my payment on file. This place is so disorganized from every step. I called multiple times about my lost roll, and they couldn't care less. After a month of no word on my film, the guy who develops film says he guesses he could "check under the counters and behind the machines." Why had they not been doing this from the moment they realized it was missing? These are memories I will never get back. So disappointing.Could not recommend this place any less.

I have been to numerous photo printer shops, and none have ever impressed me like Hampton Photo Arts. The quality of the print is so pristine and true in color and depth and beyond the quality of most other print shops on Long Island. Thank you Jeff and the HPA team for the help! I will be coming back
