Completely ruined a pair of jeans. This guy can't even know how to clean a pair of jeans. He bleach out the jeans and he said that I brought the pants already damage. He does not know what he is doing and he does not take responsibility for the items that he damaged.

DO NOT GO HERE! We recently moved to the area and needed to get work clothes cleaned. I first sent in a designer linen jacket with attached rolled sleeves and they broke the sleeves. They mended the sleeve so then I gave them a second chance. My husband dropped off a few dresses, shirts, and sweaters to be cleaned. One dress had a faux leather waist band and it came back completely torn apart! He tried to claim that is how it was sent in. If my dress was in that much disrepair before I sent it I would've thrown it out. Not only is this the second time he destroyed my clothing, he charged us $270 for basic dry cleaning. Although the location is convenient, you are better off driving further to have a competent person cleaning your clothes. Designer dress destroyed.

I wish I knew the guy name when you work into the cleaner. I had a luxury handbag that had a tough Stain to get out half of the handbag is leather & other half is cloth burberry crossbody. He explains to me if he clean the cloth area my handbag would be lighter then the original color due to the spot and the work wouldn't be worth it. He guided me on how to clean it at home or try to take the handbag to woodbury common burberry for concern. I toke his advice in drove over to the common come to find out that was a issue they had been having with that cloth handbag I was able to get a replacement of something else in pay the difference. Thank you so much if it wasn't because of your great advice you would of been like every other cleaner in try to clean the spot in I still would not have been satisfied. Going foward anything I need clean or repair I will be coming here and YOU SHOULD TOO .

I brought my two winter jackets in for cleaning, which one of them needed work on the zippers. I highly recommend them. They were fairly priced and a quick turnaround. A plus was the gentleman who I assumed owns the business was very friendly and pointed out I was missing the zipper pull... and it was ready the next day!

Great dry cleaners. No issues! Very reasonably priced as-well as Professional quality cleaning with my dress shirts/pants. I was unaware they send out the shirts/pants for cleaning as I just assumed they did them in house (this was my first time getting anything dry cleaned) not sure if every cleaner does this and I don’t care regardless; they’re very nice people running this business will be back when I need mor dry cleaning

Had 2 Irish sweaters with stuff spilled on them. He warned me that likely would not be able to get everything out -- which was understandable given the condition. Outcome was not perfect but better than expected... and very reasonable cost!

DO NOT GO HERE!! completely ruined a $900 Jacket of mine. They do not have any knowledge of how to clean down jackets. Now I do not have a jacket since the turn around for the customer care is 4-6 weeks. ITS MID JANUARY! They also refused to refund my money and were very rude about the whole situation. Stay Away!
